“First time visiting China city tonight. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Staff were wonderful, food arrived quickly and tasted great. Lovely atmosphere and nothing too much trouble.”

“Food is excellent, staff are polite, well-mannered and very accommodating when it comes to asking for certain ingredients to be left out of their dishes. We have our favourite items on the menu which we tend to stick to but tonight we tried a set menu option and it was fantastic. Arrived when it was supposed to, piping hot and plenty of it. “Great food,big portion sizes But if ordering on Friday/Saturday delivery times can be long because this place is so popular. But very easy to change a delivery order to a collection. If ordering online try doing it through their website at empire Garden.co.uk it's much cheaper especially when compared to just eat or deliveroo. If your looking for something small to eat I would suggest the special tray meals They are great”

“Ordered for the first time tonight.....best Chinese I've eaten. The salt and pepper king prawns were incredible and the rest of food was clean, excellently prepared and very tasty. And was even impressed with the insulated take away bag. Well definitely be getting my Chinese fix custom from now on”

“Wow reading these reviews and I'm here like..... I've never really had a bad experience. Would just like to sate some of these reviews are years old so it may have changed. I don't live close to this restaurant and I've ordered many frequent takeaways from here. They have always prepared food how I've asked (no onions, exchanged this for that etc) no problem. They've always been polite to me. They have been late a couple of times at busy peaks but as soon as I have contacted them, they have apologised and its not been long after. The food is always hot and lovely. Once our chowmein came very very greasy and mentioned it the next time we ordered and haven't had an issue since. The only gripe I've ever personally had is that we are a vegan/vegetarian household mainly, and order mostly and frequently vegan dishes. Every now and again but very rarely, we will order the odd small meat dish when we have the children stay over. The restaurant will then change our freebies to meat and we cant eat them as the children don't eat flavoured meat. We always normally get given veggie spring rolls which is great but as soon as one item of meat is added to the order, we get extra extra meat that no one eats. The dogs are happy though lol and I can't really complain as its free lol.”

“The food is so beautiful and rather filling too. We went for the lunchtime deal (2 courses for £15). Really tasty, very well presented and great service. Please note that they will charge a service charge too so be prepared to pay a little extra.”

“Ordered food then read the reviews after and was a bit worried. Food took an over an hour to deliver but it was worth the wait. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. The portion sizes are very good and we struggled every part of our meal was super and I would happily order again from here and happily wait as its worth it. Delivery lady was lovely as well.”

“I've had this twice now since staying/working here in Kidderminster. Food arrived piping hot on both occasions and big portions. The Salt n chilli Chicken wings are some of the best I've had and the Prawn toast was so thick and tasted amazing. No need to order from anywhere else whilst I'm here. Excellent take away.”
