Ordered special fried rice and when it came ended up with egg fried rice, sesame prawn toast was lacking the prawn and was very greasy, pineapple chicken was just pineapple chunks chicken and chopped onions in a sweet sauce and chicken balls really greasy, won't be ordering again. Lady on phone was lovely and delivery driver also.
First time using this place and deffo don’t regret it. Tasty hot and decent sized portions. Fresh tasty and hot…what more can you ask for
Very Nice food compared to other local Chinese takeaways, portion sizes are decent enough would like to see large fried rice available? Had a hickup last time we ordered missed out 2 curry sauce pots so had to drive up to get them as it was a pretty long wait for the food in the first place around an hour and 20mins. I would recommend people to try it
I thought I’d give this one a go, how I regret that!!! Disgusting service, took my food to wrong door, like how does 8 sound like 11?? The driver spent ages trying to get a response, someone answered the door and clearly sent them away and driver drove off (all caught on camera). I called the shop to tell them what had happened and said I wasnt happy to pay full price for cold food and was told I either paid full price or they would cancel the order. I said to send it and I’d check it. Didn’t arrive so rang shop, owner refused to speak to me until I kicked off, then he took the call. He tried to tell me what happened so I corrected him, apparently driver tried calling me, I have no missed calls, then told me he’d investigate and call me back. He never did. How appalling- going back to Upton oriental instead. It’s all on camera which I’ll send him so he realises his employee lied about everything.
Nothing to brag about, food OK but overpriced, bought two special Curry's with fried rice and chips, the curry had no pork and one prawn no mushrooms or peas,looked very bland, basically it was curry sauce with meat thrown in for the price i would have expected more, won't be going again

Started to go to this Chinese about 2 months ago and have had very good food. Generally order the same thing which is Singapore vermicelli, salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips. Last night ordered the above and the salt and pepper chips and chicken was not edible. There so much sugar and salt it would have genuinely probably made us ill if we ate it. It was terrible. As this didn’t seem standard practice I spoke to the manager was and I was very polite and explained how it wasn’t the norm. I was met with a snotty, arrogant response and he wasn’t prepared to listen and told me that I was basically wrong; that’s “how it is” and some people “ask for more” salt sometimes. The way he treat me was vile, no apology, no offer to replace food or give us it free of charge next time or any refund. Absolutely shocking customer, you don’t know how to speak to people and we will never ever be returning.

Recently moved to the area and was worried to try a new Chinese place. We tried China Town and now won’t go anywhere else. The food is delicious and always hot when it arrives. They tell you on the phone 30-45 minute wait and never once have we waited any longer than 15 minutes! (Even during peak times) The staff on the phone and delivery staff are always so friendly too. We’ll never go anywhere else and always recommend to family and friends. They were shut for 6 weeks over Christmas and we tried another place and was so disappointed- we were relieved when they re-opened.
