Ordered direct online via their own website, waited an hour and half for delivery. Called them and was asked to collect in person. I wouldn't have ordered for delivery if I could collect! Awful service. Never using them again. Not even sure if I got a refund!
Food wasn't great and part of order missing, when we rang up they said they would bring it straight out and never turned up and when rung up next day they said they would give us the missing item free on the next order but should have been given to us when ordered! Not a good experience
Don’t order from here! Me and Partner ordered from here and the delivery was quick with an amazing driver who helped. But the food was stone cold. The salt and peppered chips was just chips, as you can barely taste the salt n pepper. Only nice thing was the prawn crackers
I ordered on 15th December though big foodie and it was cancelled because of no drivers and I'm still waiting for my refund!! Absolutely disgusted!!
My partner ordered some food on app 1hour later she got a phone call saying no driver can we pick it up said no had a drink so I couldn't. asked for refund was 10days ago still no refund
Do not order from this restaurant. The food they sent was all wrong, literally every meal was not what we had ordered.. We spent £43.80. I called the manager and he said the next time I order the price would be free to the same value. I thought this was fair. I called today to place the order, whilst he accepted he had said the above he refused to do it and put the phone down. We are chasing a refund via just eat but do yourself a favour and don’t bother.
Never leave reviews but this needs one. Absolutely shocking, waited 2 and half hours for food to arrive all stone cold and I mean cold (even driver said don't take this) called up and asked if it could be redone please as 2 hours is a long time. He refused! Said next time order I'll get half price but he can't redo it today. Never ordering from here again, please don't waste your time or money. Only positive was the lovely, polite honest delivery man. Would leave -4 stars if it was possible. EDIT FUTURE UPDATE: ordered from an actual good chinese, and then this one turns up 30 minutes after (it has been a hour since he told me he wasn't redoing it) even though he told me he wasn't doing it. Please please don't ever order from here.
Used to be our favourite takeaway, until tonight! Waiting nearly 3 hours for a delivery! Ended up ringing to cancel the order which clearly hadn't been chased up after several calls to see where our food was! First time after an hour, was told it was on the way. Then after 90 minutes was told the order hadn't been taken then after 2 hours was told it's a fresh order with a 20 minute wait! So after nearly 3 hours we've completely cancelled the order! Disgusting customer service from the owner who pretended he couldn't hear us on the phone! Won't be ordering again! Avoid if you're hungry as you'll definitely have a long wait!
Order here often - food is always fresh, super tasty and never waiting long for it to be delivered. The drivers are the friendliest drivers. I am a fussy eater and not once have any of my requests not been met! £16 min order is high - but worth the service and quality of food. Highly recommend!
