Nice little restaurant away from the tourist trail serving good South East Asian cuisine, presented nicely and very tasty. Lots of authentic flavours and a very pleasant setting. Nice for a quiet meal, date night, afterwork dinner with friends/colleagues. Lots of different options and menu seems to change from time to time. Enjoyed the visit!

We went to Sticky Mango for a romantic dinner and was not disappointed. All of the staff members were very kind, attentive, and always smiling. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. We visited during the busier hours, so I was a bit shy taking photos of the environment, but I implore you to look at the other reviews with photos attached. I ordered the cocktail: lost in myanmar, which was perfect given my soft spot for mangoes. Food wise, I got the Gochujang pork belly, and never have I ever tasted such tender and flavoursome meat. If I could, I would’ve ordered another dish to take home with me. I HIGHLY suggest ordering the pork belly. The flavours were everything, and the sauce it comes with pairs perfectly too. Of course, to end things, we had sticky mango rice for dessert. It was absolutely delicious, and we would definitely come back to try out their lunch set!

You can opt for a tasting menu or order a la carte. We booked via first tables and so had to pick dishes for the discount other than the steak and miso cod. From the small plates we tried the curry puff with chicken curry. You pick if you want 3 or 4 in the portion. These were not mini and came with a dipping sauce. They were nice. The papaya salad was nothing special, but ok. Our fish option was the tempura soft-shell chilli crab, which came with 1 fried bun and a tomato based sauce. The crab was not quite crispy, but the dish was fine. The gochujang pork belly came with bao buns. This was the least preferred dish out of everything. The meat was a bit overcooked. Out of the vegetable rice and noodles section we had the truffle fried rice, which came with a fried egg on top. We liked this although note it is a slightly petite bowl, but we had plenty of dishes so it was fine. The chips were also a small side dish portion size. The steamed book choy was plain, but we just needed some veg and it fulfilled its purpose. Other options that looked interesting were the monkfish, lamb shank, sea bass, BBQ chicken and duck fried rice. People mentioned in their reviews intriguing plates that aren't currently available unfortunately- lobster and crab dumplings. There are drinks, but they are quite expensive. We stuck with tap water. Service was perfect. They were very accommodating when half the table was late due to transport issues and still permitted us to use the first table offer. If you have a pram be aware you'll need to carry it up the stairs. It's a bit cramped for having multiple pushchairs but it wasn't packed on a Sunday lunchtime in mid November and so we were able to put the buggies by other tables out of the way. They do also have high chairs. The total bill came to £135.5 for 10 dishes between 4 people. With the first table offer there was 50% off the food and so it came to £84.68 (including service charge 12.5%), which was pretty great value for money. A fantastic find, nestled a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of both Waterloo and the South Bank. The deco and atmosphere were great and the staff incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. We had booked a table for 4 and when ordering small plate, the owner was happy to ensure we had slightly larger portions so we could all try each one. The food and cocktails were superb. A special mention for the lamb shank massaman, one of the best I have tasted. Thank you to the chefs and staff who clearly love their jobs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved my experience at Stingy Mango! From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and stylish décor set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was outstanding — every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find a place where everything — food, service, and ambiance — comes together so seamlessly, but Stingy Mango manages it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends. A true gem in London!

Lovely tasting menu.. Lovely vibe to the restaurant. The prawns, the rib eye, the truffle fried rice was outstanding. The lobster was sadly overcooked and the service could have been better. Simple things such as water for the table had to be asked multiple times.

Came here to order some exotic dishes. The scallop was cooked fine with their own sauce they put together to go well with the dish. The octopus did not feel it was cooked well and had to return to the restaurant for the way it was cooked. The truffle fried rice smell delicious and worth ordering. Lobster was so small! With chilli crab cooking. The dessert must order sticky mango, really sweet and delicious! Overall, it is a nice restaurant for south East Asian cuisine. However, the food price is on the upper end cost more expensive.

Small gem tucked away near Waterloo. The food was really delicious. Truffle fried rice with monk fish for main, papaya salad, crab and spring rolls for started and sticky rice and mango pudding for desert. Good selection of cocktails available and Service was good too. It is quite cosy inside and loved the wallpaper. we are certainly going back for the food!

First off, the restaurant is quite small so if you are a big group, it would be better to have the private room. When we went, they were overly busy so we had to wait a while for our table, and the service was good even though it was packed. Decor is okay, not much besides the tree in the center. Having said that though, there is some character For Starter, I had the chicken satay and chicken curry puffs. The Satay was okay but the puffs were really good. For main, I had the BBQ chicken which was well spiced and tasty. This was served with the truffle fried rice which was good as well The chocolate pebble dessert in my opinion was just average. Should have gone for the sticky mango Lastly, for the drinks aka cocktails, they were strong but not special All in all, I would recommend a visit to try out some of the items on the menu but wasn't mind blowing for me

Had an enjoyable lunch at Sticky Mango. Service was fast and attentive, and it wasn’t too busy at the time we went. Has a really nice atmosphere and interior decor. Overall the food was pretty good - nicely sized portions and a good variety on the menu. Some of the dishes could have had a little more flavour to them, but that might be personal preference (I prefer things spicy!). The dessert selection was particularly interesting - would definitely recommend staying to try one (the pandan macaron, nougat and mango rice).
