   My 13 year old son went in with his friends and bought some trainers on NYE, after walking about he decided he didn't want to keep them as they were an impulse buy and he also noticed that they were womens trainers and not what he wanted to spend his Xmas money on, when he got back to the shop same day it had closed. His Dad went at the next opportunity on the 2nd Jan first thing to return but the shop would only issue a credit note. My son is so upset as this is all of his Xmas money. I appreciate it is not usual policy but a return would have been the right thing to do in my opinion. He now has a credit note but doesn't want anything from there.

   I ordered a pair of trainers and a Labubu (both Christmas presents). The Labubu was great and authentic. My order arrived quickly and on time, however the packaging of the trainers was appalling. They were sent in a flimsy box, not taped up and could be easily opened by anyone throughout transit. The actual shoe box they arrived in was also extremely damaged and had been taped back up before sending to me. The shoes themselves were damaged in certain areas. Further, they did not seem authentic at all, especially when comparing them to real asics I already have. There is no way the asics I ordered from this company are legit unfortunately. The sole of them were not glued down and were already lifting when received, the tongue was extremely hard (not spongy and how it should be), the suede on them was very rough, labelling and stitching was ‘off’, glue in different areas, the shoes did not ‘hold themselves up’ and were falling in on themselves, etc… I contacted the company to let them know and they were quick in their response and said I could return and have a full refund. They also took the time to notice that my address is close to the store, so they recommended the option to return in store if I preferred, which I appreciated as this option is not made clear on the returns portal. Whilst I appreciate this resolution and timely response, it is concerning to see that their only note on my comments was to say that ‘all shoes are 100% authentic and have been authenticated’. I understand a company might not want to admit if they have authenticated wrong, however this isn’t good enough. They need to ensure authentication is better, as I know these asics weren’t legit, and they also need to ensure that all listings fully list any defects and fully reflect the genuine conditions of the items they are selling (including the packaging). There are other reviews listing concerns over fake and/or defective items received, so I know I’m not the only one. A shame as they had some great items in the shop when I went to return, and staff seemed friendly and helpful, however I would not personally shop here again because of this experience.

   Used Kersh Kicks a few times to order shoes, service has always been spot on. On my most recent order I wrongly ordered the wrong size - I used to the return hub to arrange an exchange for the right size and it was sorted it minutes. Highly recommend.

   I went into Kersh Kicks today, having absolutely no idea what I was looking for. One of the workers there, Charlie Marks, went through basically every single shoe brand with me and helped me to pick the perfect shoe! I can’t explain how amazing he was, and as for the shop itself there is so much choice !! Highly Highly Highly recommend!!!

   Awful experience with this company. I Ordered 2 pairs of trainers. After some delay, I was told I needed to send in a copy of my ID... Excuse me what? I purchased via PayPal with a confirmed address, so absolutely no justification for this whatsoever. Also no forewarning that this could be a requirement. This company obviously doesn't understand what identity theft is, why on earth would customers trust this company with copies of our private information to keep on record? Get real! No way I am trusting a company like this with my private info. Despite repeated requests they failed to refund me, I eventually had to get a chargeback via PayPal but they had my funds locked up for quite a long time. I guess if they do this to multiple customers, (as it seems from other reviews that they do), then this translates into nice interest free loans for them! Very dodgy. In my opinion and experience, this is not a trustworthy company, never experienced anything like this with any other company, my advice would be to AVOID them. They do not seem to respect their customers at all, and reading some of the other reviews it seems like their trainers are of dubious quality so I think I had a lucky escape. Found the same trainers for a better price from another company that actually respect their customers, so all good.
