   Please be careful when purchasing. I bought (picture attached) and you can see what came, sadly a copy of the pictured item. I have emailed, called and mentioned I can come to the location in Manchester to return/ xchange, but I have not heard anything back. Paying £81 for a copy is not ideal! I was unable to wear the outfit for the planned occassion as it is too basic, as you can all see. All i want is an xchange for something worth £81 or my money back, which is rightly deserved as the item is NOT as pictured, and the evidence is there to see. The bottoms are plain, there are no tassels on the kameez/top and sleeves, theres no tie feature at the top of the kameeze,the pink panel on the kameez is missing,the dupata does not have the pink and white border! The list goes on! Shame on you for operating like this. Edit* The response from the business is awful. "If i think its a fake I should take it up with the designer"... its Khan Collection that I bought from, and nowhere in my review did I use the word Fake. Truly saddend and let down by your business ethics. All I wanted was an xchange or refund.

   Ordered 2 dresses, only 1 arrived and it was completely different to the pictures, no lining, less embroidered, not worth the price paid at all. They did not respond to any messages on whatsapp or instagram - could only get through by pretending to be a new customer on a different number and they were rude and unhelpful and outright lied that the dress was on its way. Requested refund on the dress that did arrive and sent it back but as you can guess I never got the money back. Other family members had similar experiences. they also lied that the refund was being processed. We've had to get the refund through the bank. My advice - stay clear as this is either an extremely incompetent business or an outright scam - otherwise use a credit card as this will help with getting the bank to refund. Also note many of the 5 star reviews are fake - these accounts have all reviewed only 1 other business which happens to be the same. STAY CLEAR!

   I ordered 3 outfits last year in October 13th for Next Day Delivery, messaged them on the 16th as I still hadn’t received them. They replied saying ‘it’s been posted & will come tomorrow’ needed them for the following week, still hadn’t arrived! Constantly messaged them received no reply however they were reading my texts! They lied about posting them out, in the end they only sent 1 outfit and told us the rest will come the next day, they never did and then lied to us about the courier service lost it. Had to ring them constantly, do not order from them! Never received those outfits so put in a claim for refund of those. Poor customer service, shouldn’t guarantee nxt day delivery if you can’t provide! Absolute poor customer service! That one outfit that arrived, colour wasn’t even the same as image & diamonds kept falling out! Rip off!!

   They are going to say that this is a fake review but I have an order number and tracing for everything. I ordered at the beginning of December and my dress still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them on multiple occasions through multiple avenues and I receive no reply even though they're online on Whatsapp and on Instagram DM. They said it would arrive by Wednesday 29th December at the latest and I still haven't received anything. I Honestly wanted to support this business and the beautiful dresses showcased but my god your money is going to go down the drain as you don't receive anything. A prompt and swift reply would be appreciated or a refund.

   This guy and he's family are just big scam artists, I wish we didn't believe him when he said all his negative reviews are fake reviews. We placed a big wedding clothes order with this guy, however none of the clothes arrived and when we demand the money back because the wedding has passed. He blocked our numbers.... We have contacted trading standards and started an investigation

   I ordered on Saturday. Just got a text message saying it has been processed. No confirmation email sent and no tracking number. I can't even find the suit I ordered on the website! Trying to get in touch with them but have no response. Not happy at all. Nearly waiting over two weeks and no refund for my suit. All I got was a very snotty phone call from the shop owner, telling me to change my Google review. Got no suit and no refund. Will be contacting the bank to get my refund.

   Ordered my Nikkah and Walima outfit for my wedding and I only have good things to say. Amazing customer service and on time delivery (which is essential especially as most customers are based abroad). They have always been quick to respond and super helpful. So glad to have come across your page. My clothes are absolutely stunning and the stitching quality is sensational. Can not recommend them enough :)
