“Thank goodness for local specialist shops!! Popped into Meeks a few months ago for school shoes for my impossible-to-buy-for daughter. The staff were amazing with her, put her at ease and really took time to fit her perfectly. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing fault we had to return the shoes for a replacement. The manufacturer have been terrible (avoid Lelli Kelly at all costs!!) but Meeks sorted it out with no problems, they even remembered my daughter and found a suitable pair of shoes without having to try on the whole shop!!! Brilliant, brilliant customer service with a personal touch and a great range of stock to boot ❤️”

Christiana the manager was so helpful to my husband and guided him through the entire experience. She was resourceful and considerate. Made someone who doesn't like shopping LOVE shopping for his wife. I can't thank her enough. When we arrived in store her team (clearly well trained) Crislaide and Sitong could not have made someone who is going through 'the change' us ladies do at a certain age feel more at ease. Its hard for me to find clothes that bring a smile to my face. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour.
