What an absolute diamond of a branch this is, definitely the jewel in the Primark crown. It has a much better atmosphere than many of the stores I’ve visited in the UK. The staff not only seem happy in their jobs; they’re also friendly and eager to help. One particular staff member who went above and beyond for me this week was Eva. When I complimented her for helping me, she was humble enough to point out that it was a team effort and that her colleagues had supported her too. I made a point of telling the store manager during my visit how Eva had gone out of her way to help me with a Christmas pyjamas exchange. The manager was also extremely personable and clearly motivates his team. I’d happily travel the extra distance in future to come to this Primark.

It's not the best Primark I've been too in regards to stock, but it has easily been the best service I've received while shopping at one. The ladies who monitor the changing rooms were super helpful, positive and friendly. It baffled me because I know if I were to work in a job where I had to deal with such a high number of impatient queuing customers, all throwing clothes and baskets at me, I would struggle to keep a smile after 30 minutes.. But they were calm, bubbly and I walked away thinking "aww they were so lovely". Also Layla (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) at the tills was so calm and friendly even though it looked like the que has been 30 customers deep since 9am. She complemented my purchases and was super friendly and lovely. I hate coming in on a Saturday, But the customer service managed to salvage my experience. Good job girls.

Cheap nasty off the peg clothing. Good for kids and holiday throw aways. People treat the place like a lighting sale. Throwing item and not replacing them to the rails. Leaving it to the poor retail assitants. If you want to wear what everyone else is this is the place for you. I prefer unique clothing/vintage.

Excellent value for money clothing range but the one person on the till today spoke as though i was child ticked me off for going straight to her despite there being no other customer waiting to be served she advised i use the exit way out and not back where id come as though id jumped the que honestly get a life and drop down off your pedestal it doesn't cost a thing to be polite and provide customer care rude or what

All good but no parking! You need to park in Asda 1£ for 2 hours and walk 5 mins to reach this branch. Good collection good customer service. Shop closes at 6 pm, i went there at 5.55 and the security let us go in to get my 6 years old daughters faux nails which was great customer support.

Great response from the Stockport Primark team regarding the access to the lift buttons. The buttons weren’t accessible on both levels to my daughter from her wheelchair. The On-Duty Manager actively listened to my observation and agreed it was an overlooked concern for wheelchair users. I noted shortly afterwards the area around the buttons on both levels were clear and my daughter could access the buttons independently. These small details really make a difference to people who strive to be independent despite their various mobility challenges. It’s a Well Done from me and many thanks to the Primark Team.

Can't say value for money but sure they have a lot of collections for cheap Footwear, clothings and accessories and a lot more. Note down the reduction time which you'll get the best of what you pay. Primark is back and I had to go and see what they had in store. I managed to get myself a red tartan blazer, red is not usually the colour I go for in blazers however this one caught my eye. I must admit I was impressed by the good quality and the velvet black collar. I got the blazer 2 sizes up as I'm a lover of the oversized feel on blazers, this was originally £20 and I got it for £10! Overall I am impressed with the blazer and this will be worn throughout the year.

Not a shop I used to frequent but the quality of the clothes has improved in my mind. Unfortunately the sizes are not always true and more of a larger range would be appreciatecd but always up to the minute in fashion. Very cost conscious for parents with growing children in the height of fashion these days. Good night attire. In fact the cafe is always busy as well. Worth a look around always as you may just pick up a bargain.

Just cheap rather than great value across most items. Womenswear selection pretty shocking. Make up bits actually pretty good quality for the cost, home and kids wear nice enough for what it is. Service friendly and efficient considering
