The clinic is welcoming, clean and decorated beautifully with teddy's and pictures.We felt so comfortable and left very happy with a scan picture of our little one to go away with. “It's not the best Primark I've been too in regards to stock, but it has easily been the best service I've received while shopping at one. The ladies who monitor the changing rooms were super helpful, positive and friendly. It baffled me because I know if I were to work in a job where I had to deal with such a high number of impatient queuing customers, all throwing clothes and baskets at me, I would struggle to keep a smile after 30 minutes.. But they were calm, bubbly and I walked away thinking "aww they were so lovely". Also Layla (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) at the tills was so calm and friendly even though it looked like the que has been 30 customers deep since 9am. She complemented my purchases and was super friendly and lovely. I hate coming in on a Saturday, But the customer service managed to salvage my experience. Good job girls.”
