   This shop needs retraining on customer service, communication is bad especially the guy with the skinfade working on the collection point absolutely discusting attitude. Stood waiting for my order, dont really know how am i supposed to know what was wrapped in a non transparent postage bag, the chinese guy was shouting '' singing doll, '' singing doll'' when he brought my order out and not my order number, so i didnt respond and he put it on the rack. It wasnt a singing doll it was a teddy with sound, miss rachel for kids. Next time try doing your job properly and shout out my order number, not waving peoples items about in a panic shouting the wrong item and expecting me to have a crystal ball and be able to see through a non transparent bag. This resulted in getting attitude as apparently I didnt have an order number all of a sudden, when I did because I have the receipt with it on. God forbid people do there jobs properly, !!!!!

   Extremely disappointed – faulty hair dryer and terrible return experience Review: I bought this hair dryer from Argos for my work, but as soon as I tested it, I noticed it wasn’t powerful enough. I tried to return it, but the staff refused, saying it had been used. Later, when I tried to turn it on again, it completely stopped working. I went to another Argos store to explain that it no longer works, but they also refused to help. They said the first store had already “flagged” me because I had previously tried to return it. Now I’m stuck with a £200 faulty hair dryer that doesn’t even turn on, and no one is taking responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and Argos customer service. I’ve lost a lot of money and trust. I would strongly advise others not to buy this item or at least test it very carefully before leaving the store.

   I had a terrible experience with Argos. I bought a Chromebook laptop only to find out it doesn’t accept Microsoft Office downloads. When I tried to return it, they refused, saying it wasn’t faulty and also because the seals were broken — even though you can’t know it’s unsuitable until you open and try it. The manager, John, was very unpleasant and spoke down to me, which made the situation even worse. I will never shop at Argos again — if this had been Amazon, the return would have been handled with no issue and an apology. Very disappointed.

   Staff are very rude and aggressive. Clearly not trained how to deal with customers. The management also especially on a weekend are not fit for purpose. I had to get an apology from their head office. I do not recommend this branch at all and the other local ones are better in my experience. I won't be coming back here nor should anyone wanting professional and courteous staff.

   The service was efficient and the staff were so friendly! Our shopping trolley was broken so we ordered a new one, and in minutes the new one was ready to collect. They helped us put the new one together right there in the store and they even disposed of our old one for us!

   Went in to buy a cheap phone as I lost mine, was going to get a cheap one to see me through to new year, but a girl, charlie, gave me a heads up and gave me some great advice, ended up buying a Google pixel 7 instead, and she was honest when I gave her too much cash. Hope she gets a pay rise!!

   Absolutely shocking slow service when products were ready to collect. Staff talking across the store to each other and through headsets and stood around, or hiding rather than handing out the items. Dysfunctional store with untrained staff in customer service, manager also seemed to have little authority over staff as they weren't even listening to her. Will be avoiding.
