   I love visiting Sue Ryder in Poynton, the staff and volunteers are all very accommodating and off great assistance when viewing and purchasing. I enjoy the fact the stock is well priced and excellent quality. I shop here at least once a month as I love charity shops and the impact I can give regards sustainability and reusing items, instead of buying new is fulfilling. Thank you to all the staff, you do a fantastic job.

   I’ve been shopping in Sue Ryder for a number of years now and I believe it is the best charity shop in Poynton, for a number of reasons. Firstly, the staff and volunteers who are managed by Rob are so friendly and helpful. I’m always greeted by my name, a smile and asked how my day is going. If I have my dog with me he always gets a biscuit (my dog also loves the shop!) The atmosphere is brilliant and you know you’re guaranteed a laugh whilst browsing. Secondly, the shop is bright, well presented and clean. There’s a changing room which is useful as not all charity shops in Poynton have one. Thirdly, the shop is full of little gems, whether it’s clothing, bric a brac or a book you’ve been after. I bought a vintage coat for my brother and gave it to him in front of my Dad. It was in such good condition my Dad was willing it not to fit my brother so he could have it! Finally, the pricing is very reasonable and the quality of the clothing is very high. I buy the majority of my clothes on the pre loved market and if you’re the same, this shop is definitely worth a visit.

   Lovely staff, really good bargains to be had, shop is spotless, clothes displayed well, often got designer pieces and named sports wear that is still in the shops now, for next to nothing, manager is always around to help if needed. They often have a half price sale which is not just on stock already in the shop but also all the new stick. I really enjoy going into this due Ryder x

   Went in one saturday afternoon asked the manager who was on the till at the desk if they had sold something that i was looking for, gave me an absolutely rude response saying: "no why would we sell that" she could have at least tried to say no politely, never going back again i will stick with the other charity shops on park lane instead
