Absolutely awful experience with Missguided. My order sat "on hold" for over a week with zero updates. Then it just got cancelled out of nowhere - no explanation, no refund. I had to chase customer support myself to get my money back. Honestly, I've never dealt with such a careless and unprofessional company. Never again.

Completely useless customer service chat. They experiencing issues with fastway delivery company and asking ppl to solve themselves to return items. Also asking money for your goods to be return ???!!! like really... avoid at all costs other retailers that appreciate their customers and your money wont be wasted.

Terrible for making returns. You have to pay for returns, they've stopped adding a return slip to the bag of orders so you have to print your own (so they're just assuming everyone has access to a printer, paper and ink) and on top of that, the labels you print are invalid, so you'll end up paying extortionate prices at your post office to return it, as it's not possible to do it via a courrier if the label is invalid. And they won't even refund you the cost of postage.

Iβm not sure if itβs really worth it to buy from Missguided. Their products and their customer service is really good, however, they use Yodel to deliver, which is the absolute worst courier service so itβs unlikely that youβll even receive your items because these people donβt even deliver sometimes whilst marking it as delivered. Although when this happens, Missguided are always helpful and I must admit Missguided has the best customer service, but the problem is when you have plans and you expect your order to arrive before a specific day, it can be really frustrating.

I ordered stuff well over $50 yet at check out I was charged a delivery fee. I immediately got on the chat system and requested a refund. Daryl responded promptly and told me to expect a refund in 3-5 business days.I applaud the speedy response and handling of my issue. well done Daryl! cheers Missguided! i'l give an update on resolution :)

I have only ordered from this site a few times, but so far I have really liked everything I have received! Customer service was also really helpful which is a huge plus for me. I received an item recently with a defective button and I worked with Emma A. through a chat to get it resolved. She was super friendly and helpful. She made the experience really easy and beneficial. Kudos go to her and the company as I am now an on going customer :)

I bought a few dresses on the website for my prom, and I ended up returning 2 of the 3. The dress I ended up wearing was absolutely awesome! It looked and felt high quality. After returning the 2 other dresses, I waited 2 weeks to hear from the company of a refund. However, I did not. I used the chat feature on missguided and Melissa was so helpful! She was very quick and asked for proof of my return, and with the proof she refunded me the costs of the 2 dresses. I plan to buy my graduation dress from here :) Excellent service and FAST shipping!

I recently exchanged an item for another size and received confirmation that it had been dispatched however after 10 days I still hadn't received it. I hate phone calls and emailing sometimes takes days so their live chat was excellent! I got to speak to the lovely Yasmin who helped me out straight away and resent my order for me. She was lovely and very apologetic, great customer service! :)

I was extremely excited to receive my shipment today because I did a load of shopping for myself. I love that all the clothes I ordered are true to size and fit perfectly. The quality of the clothing is also great! I was saddened to open one of the bags only to receive the incorrect pants. I opted to live chat with someone in order to fix this issue. Emma was extremely accommodating and helpful. We quickly resolved the issue and not only do I not have to return these pants, they're also shipping me the correct ones. I would definitely buy from them again when I need a shopping fix!

I ordered from this company for the first time not too long ago and got my package within the time frame given. It took a while to get through to USPS but when it finally did I was so relieved to finally be able to track my package. I recently had some questions about returns/the items I ordered and Emma was beyond great! She answered all my questions and helped me sort things out. I will definitely be shopping with them again!
