I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle.
