   First and last time I shop here. As reported by other customers in their reviews, the superdrug branch in Seymour Grove has serious issues with staff rudeness. I qued behind another customer for 10 minutes only to be told I was queuing in the wrong place. There was no sign to indicate where I should que and didn't mind being told I needed to que elsewhere . It was the surly and rude way in which the staff member spoke to me that I objected to.No " I'm sorry , but would you mind queing over there" just a scowling repramand. Superdrug HQ need to send her on some customer service refresher course. I don't know her name but she was a larger , older woman with grey hair and glasses and had the manner of a retired prison warden.

   Not even worth a Star ! Very disappointed with my experience at this Superdrug. The lady named SHARON was too rude and unwilling to explain the product I asked about. I was not even allowed to properly look at the item before purchasing, which makes no SENSE. this is not the first time visiting this store! Same behaviour everytime ! Customer service needs serious improvement.

   The staff are awful. I hate going in there, but I still do because of the product range. The manager bullies the customers and staff with her words. In general, they all talk to each other on the headsets all the time and are not welcoming at all. It's so incredibly annoying when they say "do you have your points card with you?" as if its obligatory. Then when you say, "No I'd just like to pay please," they hound you with: get a card, it's better blah blah. They are so insistent on their aggressive script, even if you show signs of being super uncomfortable, or wanting to simply pay and leave. Literally every other shop in the world know if someone says thank you, smiles and walks away, they don't want a receipt. Natalie (team leader) does not. This must be how the staff are trained. I fully hate it.

   Horrid horrid staff. Walked in at approx. 4.40 (website said it closed at 5) Immediately got told ‘we are closing in 2 mins!!’ I replied saying okay, I know what I’d like, I will hurry up. No ‘thank you we really appreciate it’ just scowl. Asked for help to find what I wanted as I wanted to hurry up as per their request. They didnt help. I found it myself. A min later second member of staff came up to me, told me they were closing. End up dumping basket on floor and walking out after being told there was a sign on the door re early closing due to short staff for weeks (I hadn’t seen this as don’t visit often). I certainly won’t be visiting again and if the staff are as rude and toxic as they were to me then no wonder they at short staffed. Probs end up losing this branch. I certainly won’t be back in a hurry!

   Very bad experience at this store a member of staff called Cherry was very aggressive rude and disrespectful. She needs to go and have some training on how to approach customers and how to speak to customers. Very poor customer service. This was at the Seymour Grove Old Trafford store

   I've been there two days ago and i had a terrible experience . I went to the check out amd there was a girl called letisha . I've asked her about the fragrance if it's on offer ? She said no without even checking so I've asked her to scan the product and check it for me please. She goes i can't. And then i said okay no problem could i buy the perfume without even checking the price she said we dont have the perfume . The perfume was literally infront of her . She was extremely rude and didn't seem like helping me. I used to be an ex superdrug employee . Superdug always give their employees good induction and tell them how to serve customers with smile on your face ,enquire them about their needs and help them finding the products and treat every single customer with respect as you never know you might be serving a mystery shopper. Superdrug set an exceptionally great customers service providing system .i was extremely disappointed the way she is representing this huge comapny . I want the Manger to give that girl her superdrug joining induction again and tell her how to serve customers . I've been a loyal customer of superdrug for more then a decade now . Wherever i visit this particular store i always have an amazing experience especially Josh he always serves me with respect and smile on his face . .

   Been to this store a number of times, most of the colleagues are lovely however I always seem find a staff member called Cherrelle rude & does not implement good customer service quite frankly. Baffles me how some people work in retail.

   Excellent service today at the Seymore Grove store. The staff were very helpful when i found out my product had been discontinued and they advised me on alternatives.I ended up leaving with more than id bargained for but am very happy with my purchases and they even helped me set up my reward card too. I have beens visiting this store for a long time and prefer the community feel of it more than the city centre and shopping malls. The staff are friendly and helpful and even cheered me up. Cherelle and Natalie are brilliant employees and are a credit to Superdrug.
