“This is a great place to shop for clothing. I always have a look around here whenever I’m at the Trafford Centre. NEXT keep up with the latest fashions and thankfully their sizes fit me. This store has a wide range for Women, Men and Children so good for the whole family. There is a Costa Coffee shop in the store too. As with anywhere in the Trafford Centre it is better to come here during the week and not the weekend because it does get very busy here on Saturdays and Sundays. Also it’s easier to park during the week. There are many free car parks around the Trafford Centre but it fills up very quickly at weekends. If you can only get here at the weekend it’s better to come early. Thanks for reading.”

“After having an awful on line experience with KOI where double the amount of money was taken from my bank account with only half the ordered items delivered with initially NIL response to my on line customer concerns and enquiries, I vowed I would Never shop on line at this company again… I opted NOT to return the goods that did arrive and were not the right fit via the on line procedure. I decided instead to return the items In Person In the Trafford Centre Store. I wasn’t sure if I would ever shop with KOI again after such a bad experience..Too much stress..unprofessional conduct. Terrible communication; unanswered messages. And then I met Kianna instore… A Positive, Kind, Lovely, Smiling, Knowledgeable, Reassuring and Professional Ray of sunshine who managed my return so efficiently with no hassle. She clearly demonstrated the insight and experience required to cater to my needs. I ended up re ordering the boots that never arrived. “~1115 hours Sunday 16/02/25 Excellent Customer Service I rang this store on 3 separate occasions, with 3 different female staff members answering the phone promptly on first ring. All ladies took details of my request and went away to check my request/stock levels etc. unfortunately my call line kept disconnecting. However the 3rd lady I spoke with explained they had spoken with each other and left a message for me explaining they did attempt to recall me but were unable to do so, the product I requested was not in stock and advised me how to contact Adidas Customer Service Centre. I would like to thank all 3 ladies for their excellent customer service, pleasant telephone manners and expert knowledge, I know one of the ladies was a Manager in the store and will be able to highlight and pass on my thanks to her team members.
