   I wanted to thank the brilliant staff at origin kicks. I have always been a bit daunted by going in to the trafford centre store, but I finally took the plunge a few days after new year and made my first purchase. The girl in there who served me (can't remember your name, Sorry!) Was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable and easy about buying the shoes. She tried to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I have always felt these shops were a place where working class people like me would be judged but I wasnt and the young lady who served me was excellent. My second trip was today, and again nothing but excellent service. The girl who was there last time recognised me and remembered what shoes I bought! The gentleman who served me (again sorry i didn't get his name!) Was brilliant. Again trying to help me find the shoe I wanted, and couldn't have done more to make me feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed. When buying a high ticket item I expect competent service but all your staff who dealt with me went above and beyond and are a credit to your company. Sorry for the long waffley message but I believe both staff members should be praised.

   Steven was very helpful and friendly showed me all available sizes for the type of shoes I was looking for, as I’ve got an awkward size to shop for, know what he’s talking about nice lad. Other staff were welcoming aswell

   Scam. Went here bought shoes, within 5 mins went a couple stores down to Office, they had the same exact shoes for 90 pounds less. Returned the shoes and they only let my have store credit instead of my money back.

   I couldn't help but notice the overwhelming sense of sterility that permeated the entire space. It was as if I had walked into a doctor's surgery rather than a shop selling trainers. While cleanliness and orderliness are essential in any retail establishment, this shop seemed to have taken it to an extreme, leaving behind a somewhat clinical and unwelcoming atmosphere. The absence of vibrant colours, creative displays, and eye-catching decorations that one might expect from a store specializing in trendy footwear was strikingly evident. Instead, the shop featured monotonous white walls, spotless floors, and uniformed shelving, which made the space feel cold and uninviting. I couldn't shake the feeling that I was browsing through a medical supply store rather than a place dedicated to the joy of shoe shopping.

   I went in this morning as it was my sons birthday. The shop was empty except for 2 staff. I asked how we Try things on and the male staff member said you can't unless you have intent to buy. I said I had intent to buy as my son had birthday money. Anyway, he walked off and I asked for a size 6. He brought a Size 6 my son tried them on and we said we would have them. I asked the man who the manager was. He said he didn't know. I asked the girl and she said Anthony Basin. The guy squared up to me and asked what I was going to do about it. I felt scared and threatened in front of my 12 year old. I am still shaking. The staff need to be changed. The girl said he was unwell. He should have stayed home

   Wow! just called in to exchange and was met at the door by a very combative gentleman who made me uneasy from the moment i stepped foot over HIS threshold . Granted i was out of the exchange period by three days however his approach was ghastly and he wrongly assumed i was there for a fight. I’m guessing by his manner and tone he has lots of customers returning after the 7 day Grace they give. He told me rather than explained that “he didn’t have to do it” and was quite forceful and tried to be intimidating as i was sat on a bench and he was towering over me but like i said i wasn’t there for a fight, the girls that worked there were actually really pleasant and almost apologetic for how he’d been as they witnessed i wasn’t in any way being a “Karen” . I won’t be returning till perhaps he attends the school of customer service and would advise others to perhaps visit a different branch than the Trafford centre. And to this gentleman if you’re reading, the look you gave me as i left suggests you were bullied as a child and it must have really annoyed you that i didn’t react so sleep tight sweetheart mwah
