Not sure this pharmacy meets it's terms of service - Went at 14:30 to be told that my prescription (toothpaste!) could not be dispensed because the pharmacist had gone on a 'lunch break' and to come back some time after 3pm. Had even tried calling ahead (In the morning) to make sure the prescription could be collected but of course nobody answered the phone. Big waste of time.

I used to go here almost 50 years ago to clean the floor. It was part of my " work strategy " to do every job that would help me advance in my career in Hotel/Catering. At the age of 15, I thought that I should only expect others to " do the job " if I was capable of doing it myself. I am still a Licensee after many years. So I feel compelled to point out that the customer service at this branch of Boots is well below what I would expect from such a well known established icon. I am living with Heart failure and in the current state of the world, I am aware of the stress that everyone is under... Myself included. So I feel that the way I was greeted and dealt with when I went to pick up my prescription recently, was not acceptable. I was made to feel quite stupid and useless. Not a smile or a hello... Just a terse " yes " and a telling off for going to the wrong part of the counter. I have changed my pharmacy back to my previous supplier. I only changed as Boots Stretford is closer to my home.. Elliots Pharmacy are helpful and courteous and have been through all of Covid, and continue to be. Despite the extra journey time I will continue to go there.

Pharmacy staff move in slow motion. Like 5 of them sat on their phones not even acknowledging the line of people waiting. Bad customer service. Got ignored when asking questions. Not helpful. Don’t go if you don’t have 40+ mins to waste stood watching them doss around.

I recently visited this pharmacy and was disappointed by the customer service provided by the staff. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional in their manner of speaking. Instead of offering help or assistance, they simply ignore the customers and usually ask them to come back another day when you visit the pharmacy after 4:30 or 5 pm. This was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, especially when you need to get the medication urgently. I was disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided by the pharmacy staff, and would not recommend this pharmacy to others.

Pharmacy staff are SO rude. They do not speak nicely or professionally. Don't offer any advice or help if they don't have your medication and always try telling you it's your own fault. Rarely answer the phone and IF they do after about 20 attempts they are rude and also just hang up on you if they're busy or don't know what to say! Would give 0 if i could.
Main store is rubbish also as they never get any new stock. They mostly only ever have one person on the till and so there does seem to be queues quite a lot

Great for the size of this Boots, in Stretford Mall. Really looking forward to the regeneration of Stretford, I feel so Excited after looking at the new plans on line !!!! I expect Boots will be bigger and better in the new Stretford Mall !! Can't Wait !!!
