   Bit crazy trying to get in and out of the carpark because people block the keep clear. Accessible store on ground level with lots of parking. Well stocked and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Got self serve and manned tills. Always have good orange sticker bargains.

   My local Lidl store, normally I have no problems but today I tried to go in at 9:45pm as I needed ONE item. Upon entering the foyer, the automatic doors were not opening. Another man came at the same time as me and knocked on the glass to get the security guards attention. He told us at this time we were not allowed to come in as the store was "closed". I advised him the times on Google needed to be updated and he claimed it was the manager who said the store was to be closed at this time, even as I sit here writing this 09:55 pm someone has arrived and tried to go in as it is not yet the official closing time.

   One of worst lidl branch people not helpful at all special layds in that store horrible. - I had many times paid for stuff which i didn't take or duplicated and i had to go back to lady on till to refund me. - staff on shelves always not in order and sometimes expired or moldy and when you report staff no one care. That story very busy as its location in the heart of Trafford while no self-checkout and all have to train in queue even for just one item. Why lidl not take any action to improve thus store!!!

   Well worth the journey from around the Manchester area. Really impressed with this store, staff are very friendly and helpful. The shelves are always well stocked with the new 'middle of Lidl' offers like Italian week etc.

   Love going to Lidl especially at Christmas as they stock lots of goodies aldi no longer do, like spiced biscuits and live the ice-cream lollies much better than magnum which have got really small.

   Easy and parking, shelves always stocked and always low prices and a good range. The only thing that I have found annoying is that the tills very rarely have staff on them and only one staff member overseeing the self service tills (which there are many of). I have no issue with using self service if I have a basket however it’s not always viable if I have a full trolley worth of groceries. On one occasion I was asked to use the self service tills when I had a full trolley of food and I had to explain to a staff member that it wouldn’t work and that I would need a staff member to open a till. This was awkward.

   Brand new store so very clean. Plenty of parking outside, with disabled and parent / child spaces. Lots of trolleys, plus a few small ones for children which is a lovely addition. Store is well laid out with good selection of fresh food, drinks etc. Especially like the bakery, lots to choose from there. This was my first time shopping at LIDL, if you send over £20 you get a free item. Staff friendly. Will be shopping here again.
