Disinterested unhelpful staff, I wanted a pair of Tasman slippers with cash waiting to spend and I asked politely where they was in The store, the guy just said ‘ near the MAN sign’ When I got to the ‘man’ sign I then asked another man if they had my dad’s size, he then said no abruptly. I asked if they had any other colours and again he just said no. Anyway I just went to Selfridges and purchased what I wanted off a really nice helpful man, won’t ever shop in office again and that is always my go to shoe shop.
I have to send a special thanks to the manager David who helped my wife resolve an issue we had due to an online purchase. He really went above and beyond to help us when we visited on two occasions. The store is also very clean and tidy with a nice selection of trainers which will cater to most people.
