“We moved to the area around a year ago and our estate agent told us to go here for dinner to celebrate. We didn't get round to it then, but we should've! We came with a group and tried every dish on the menu. There honestly wasn't one average dish, they were all perfectly cooked, creative and beautifully presented. We asked everyone around the table which was their favourite dish and got back at least 6 different answers, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise, I think it's very reasonable. We walked out stuffed, and had wine and desserts for £50/per person roughly.”

The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10”

He has always had an exceptionally calm demeanor and is excellent at breaking down and explaining the options for treatment, most recently regarding a tooth that needed extracting and replacing with an implant. “Try before you buy. Physical store. We already had an idea of which two mattresses we wanted to try out due to the help we recieved from Stewart on the Live Chat the night before. Stewart had already produced two quotes which we took into the shop and were met by Jake. He showed us where the two mattresses we wanted to look at were within the store but also suggested a mattress we'd never have otherwise have considered (Tempur Pro Plus Smartcool Mattress) which is not the coil spring mattress type we've always had. We actually preferred the Tempur once we had tried lying down on it in the shop so bought that. Jake was very respectful of the fact that it was Stewart who had been our first point of contact and the reason we came into store and so the managers of both sales assistants were made aware that it had been a joint effort in order to service us. Overall so far a very good experience. Product is being delivered 10/11/25 with a 40 day sleep trial so if we just do not get on with the new mattress we can exchange it. We paid a bit extra to have our old mattress removed/recycled and the delivery charge for the new mattress includes delivery to a room of our choice so they'll take it upstairs.”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”
