My newly purchased car has been at this centre for 2 weeks supposedly being fixed with no update and no repair in site. Unbelievably I had only had 2 months driving this vehicle without issue. I have had no updates during this entire time other than on the first occasion they told me it had been repaired. On this occasion I traveled a fair distance back to the centre to collect my vehicle only for the engine warning light to return before I had even driven it off the forecourt! They then told me it has developed a further 2 faults. I have made several calls for updates and requesting a return call to discuss the problem and potential solutions. Each time the generic call handler (the only people you can speak to) assured me I would receive a call back and an email to summarise the conversation. Needlessly to say this has never happened. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. For any future customers please consider the appalling aftercare you receive from this company when thinking about the convenience of purchasing with them.

The car I purchased has been an absolute joke since the day I bought it. The parking sensors stopped working within two months, one of the valves on a tyre was faulty causing the tyre to deflate every week, another tyre was bald, the rear suspension on the car snapped and needed replacing, the auxiliary belt has then become faulty and this has been replaced. All these repairs has cost me £1143 which I have copy's off, and now a bolt has snapped on the front bumper meaning it does not sit properly and there is a gap. I have had this car for just under a year and done just over 3000 miles in total. How is it acceptable to sell someone a car and all these things go wrong with it. If every car you sold was like this the company was go bust. The level of after service is awful you can never actually speak with the person that is dealing with your complaint and basically get fobbed off saying the case manager will get back to you which they never do. On top of the issue stated above before I bought the car I was told some body work needed doing on a rear wheel arch and they needed to sort it. Within six months off buying the car this wheel arch has then fallen off, which I reported to cazoo in July and they still haven't sorted it, and they even asked me to find somewhere for them to get it fixed again. What sort of a company sells you a faulty product then asks the customer to go find somewhere to fix it. Please do yourself a favour and never buy a car from this company, there are so many better places out there with much better levels of customer service

The worst buying experience of anything I have ever bought!! AVOID!! When I purchased the car the handover date was moved several times but never before I was told - I was simply left waiting waisting a day off work. The customer service reps simply didn't care. They then told me they need to complete work on the car and again i was told constantly inaccurate or false information time and time again. Now I'm well over a month after giving them 21k for a car and I haven't seen it and again due to a last minute cancellation I am left stranded for an upcoming event. Will I get a courtesy car or compensation? I have no idea as customer service won't tell me anything and is simply rude. Awful from the start and unfortunately it still isn't over. My emails are still being ignored and calls unanswered. If they say they will call you they never will! AVOID!!

Messed around by this Cazoo Customer Centre. Cancelled appointment less than 24 hours before, told me they'd rearranged the following week but they hadn't. You can't contact them directly so you have to phone Cazoo Customer Service. When my car eventually went in (three weeks after the initial booking), I went to pick it up in the evening only to be told it wasn't ready and I'd get a call for the following day. I didn't receive a call, so at 15:30 phoned Cazoo who phoned the garage only to tell me that the service team had "gone home" and they couldn't release the car. The Cazoo customer service representative couldn't work out why on earth they'd have all gone home at 15:30. I arrived the following day, despite the service team not being there, to collect my car and found a huge stain on the passenger seat, they'd not replaced the terminal covers on the battery and some issues had not been fixed. Frankly, the car was in a worse condition coming out as it was going in. Would strongly avoid this garage.

So happy with my experience with Cazoo! We were skeptical about purchasing through them due to everything being online but we absolutely would not hesitate to do business witb with again and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Everything was hassle free, over the moon with my car, everything was as described on the listing and to top it all off we got a goody bag filled with cazoo goodies, it sounds silly but but was so delighted!
