   Me and my friend popped in to book a holiday. This is the first time in over twenty years I've used a travel agent. Its usually much cheaper doing it myself. However, i was pleasantly surprised that the price was fiercely competitive with what i priced up. There wasnt much in it. And booking here, saved me the hastle of booking lots of single things. Looks like online booking may be a thing of the past for me now. The lady was also great, looking and comparing best deals. I'll be coming here again..and its local.

   Went to see about getting some flights to New Zealand. They took our details and said they would get back to us. Two weeks later, we still hadn't heard from them. We contacted them to ask why, and they said if we give them our details, they would look for flights. Forget it!

   Friendly, helpful, absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them!!!. Went in with a list of what we wanted/needed, and Leanne found the perfect holiday for us. Needed to change a couple of things, and again, Nikki was able to sort it out for us. Definitely will be using this company again .

   Can't recommend Plane Sailing enough. They can fit any brief and budget and are so helpful. Not only do they remove the stress of printing passes and paper work, but they then follow up after your holiday to hear how it went. Can't wait to visit next week to book next year's holiday!
