“It was my first escape room and it was really fun. Our host Sham and all the other staff was super nice and helpful. We got guided through the escape room and eventually managed to solve it with a little help. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. We did the blackbeard's treasure room, but i'm sure the other ones are fun as well”

“Lloyd was a great host and the escape room was top notch. Went for my sons 11th birthday and we played the scare floor one (great for Monsters Inc fans). Really well set up, some tricky puzzles and Lloyd shouts up when you are going in the wrong direction.. definitely recommend.”

Really well thought through and executed sessions, With fantastic toys and accessories, always tailored to that weeks book. Cannot recommend these sessions and Hannah (who organises them) more highly, and we have already signed up for the next term!”

“Gary is a fantastic dogwalker! He has really taken the time to get to know our Whippet (Otis) and has built a great relationship with him. Our dog loves going on the long walks Gary provides (rain or shine). Gary is very reliable, trustworthy and communicative and clearly loves his job based on the time and effort he puts in. Would not hesitate to recommend Gary for anyone considering someone to walk or look after their pup.”

“We played Space Evaders and Ellen was our host. She explained the game well and only gave clues when we really needed them which was great. The game itself was really fun, we did it as a team of 4 and there was plenty for each of us to do. We've played many escape rooms before and this room offered a loads of puzzles and with varying difficulty, so something for everyone. Would recommend!”

“My first time at Everyman and I was blown away by the fantastic customer service. As soon as we arrived we were wonderful greeted and shown a table before we waited for the screen to be open. A lovely guy with a beard and glasses came and sat to take our order - I couldn’t get over how incredibly friendly and polite he was. The service was worth every penny and the food was delicious.”

“The Vault was the perfect amount of difficulty for us (a group of adults on their first time at an escape room) and we had a great time. Highly recommend. Great clues, fun premise and helpful staff. Only issue for me was the music is too loud.”

“We were in Manchester Saturday 17th so we decided to book our first experience in an escape room. There was me, my husband, daughter and sister. We booked the Creepy Carnival to start with as a two star difficulty rating. We had no idea how to play or what to look for but with the help of some clues from the staff we managed to break out with a minute to spare. It was so much fun trying to solve the clues and move from room to room using our logic and brain power. We enjoyed it that much, we booked another room for later on that evening. Different theme, harder rating. Despite our best efforts we failed to escape this one. We had an absolute blast. The rooms are well thought out, the clues are imaginative and if you're struggling there's lots of help from outside. Innovative and intriguing and the staff are lovely and welcoming, including Conrad who was very diplomatic about our combined efforts trying to decipher the puzzles. All in all a superb day out. Worth every penny. We will be back to try the harder ones in the future.”

“I came for a ski boot fitting today and was seen promptly by George who introduced himself to us and explained the process. George was absolutely brilliant from start to finish - he was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. In addition to the boots he gave me excellent advice on clothing. “Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”

“I recently booked a holiday with Trailfinders through Sam Henderson, who pulled together a superb itinerary for my wife and me. We spent 5 nights at Hurawalhi Island Resort in the Maldives, 5 nights at the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, and 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Phuket. Each centre was exactly what we needed in terms of quality, location, and value. Sam understood what we wanted from the trip, starting with something extra special in the Maldives in an overwater villa, moving into the bustle of Bangkok with comfort and convenience, and finishing with a relaxing beachfront stay in Thailand. He balanced price and quality well, and nothing felt over the top or under-delivered. The Trailfinders app was also a real bonus. It had everything in one place,flight details, transfers, hotel information, but also extras and handy notes. It was much easier than juggling bits of paper or trying to find email attachments on the go. What impressed me most was the smoothness of all the connections between centres with transfers from airports to hotels, the seaplane to Hurawalhi, and even the shuttle in Phuket were all seamless. Trailfinders clearly work with good in-country partners, and that makes a difference when you’re in unfamiliar places. Everything just clicked into place, and that took a lot of stress out of travelling. I’ve used Trailfinders before for multicentre stopovers, and they didn’t disappoint then, nor did they this time. No hidden agenda here, I’m simply chuffed with the service. Sam and the team at Trailfinders went beyond meeting expectations; they genuinely exceeded them. I’ll happily book through them again without hesitation.”

“Very highly recommended. This has to be the nicest Indian meal I’ve had in a very long time. Brilliant service from very helpful, friendly staff, it’s also reasonably priced. Piping hot food that is of a high standard. The portions aren’t too big, but enough to be able to enjoy everything we ordered. The garlic naan is so good, as are the curries. Very clean throughout, including the toilets, which I find incredibly important.”

“I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.”

She gave me advice, and took her time to explain the pros and cons on each of the bags I was looking at. “You simply HAVE to visit this Establishment. The atmosphere is excellent and when you arrive and enter the premises, you are quickly (and warmly) greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful Employee. As a Disabled Person, I found the layout, set-up and arrangement of the furniture easily navigable with ample room to move around. I have not encountered a more helpful Staff when visiting a Restaurant and my opinion of them is that they are of the highest calibre and quality. I wish to express my personal, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Waiter 'V' and the Manager. They (both) are extremely personable, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They gave me their time and were genuinely interested and could not have done more to help me. I cannot praise them enough. Their conduct, behaviour, attitude and persona(s) shall keep me coming back to [and frequenting] this Establishment often. The food is of the highest quality, but you'll just have to take my word on that and go and sample [it] for yourself! You won't regret it... I don't want to spoil the surprise! The table(s) are far enough apart so as to maintain a conversation without feeling overlooked or eavesdropped on. The Establishment is clean and the decor is tasteful. I enjoy visiting this Establishment and would rate it: exceptional. What makes this place stand out from the rest / it's competition is the: service. The superb Staff make this a super Establishment. Look no further if you are looking for a new 'local'. In this writer's humble view, you won't find one better!”
