“We came in yesterday with a vague idea of what we wanted for our honeymoon, but it required multiple bookings, so we hoped Virgin may be able to help and arrange it all for us. We were greeted by a lady called Nicole, and provided with drinks and cake upon arrival. Nicole was incredibly helpful. She's very well travelled and took so much time to piece together our honeymoon ideas. In store she explored many different options for us and created a comprehensive quotation for us to consider which was emailed to us. “Had another enjoyable stay here. Booked in for the nights either end of our flights out of Manchester Airport. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and had the food package. We were served breakfast by Lena who was friendly and efficient. All the staff have been welcoming. Premier Inn is consistently good and good value for money.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel before my flight from Manchester Airport. It was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made the experience, though, was the excellent service. Faizan, in particular, was fantastic. He handed me my key and was so friendly and approachable, which I really appreciated. As a nervous flyer, his ability to communicate and just talk about things really helped take my mind off my worries and made me feel a lot better about the flight ahead. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”

“Update Sep 2023: The chilli chicken ramen was back to not being sweet, which was great. Also the service to be seated was better and I didn't notice the chefs talking. Overall a much better experience. Original: The chilli chicken ramen was sweeter than I remember, which I didn't like, though the ingredients themselves tasted fresh. It took me a while to be seated even though there was no queue. I could hear the personal conversations of the chefs too from where I was seated which I'd rather not have done whilst eating. Paying by QR code worked fine though I'd rather have the option not to give my name and email details to do so.”

“Absolutely brilliant. If you are flying from Manchatten airport port. It's less expensive than booking the airport parking. Only slight downside. For a 6 am flight the shuttle bus doesn't run until 3:00 am. Even then veezu is around 20 quid.”

“I was very wary that this place was a scam but I can assure you that no hard sale was given and all promises were kept. If you do not like what you see then you just walk away after the presentation and say no thank you. For us at the present time the pitch was not something for us but we are looking forwards to the free week holiday and maybe in the future it will be something we are interested in. We was also given £75 of tesco vouchers to spend. John and Jamie our agents were fab. Thank you both and thank you clc for our week holiday which is already booked for June next year to Costa del sol :)”
