Amazing Christmas decorations, really enjoyed the fact every room was a different book, from A Christmas Carol to the Snow Queen, wonderful, all done with such great care and a lot of hard work. All the volunteers were very friendly and helpful, some were dressed in their characters. The house it's self is a lovely place, lots of history and kept to a high standard. The grounds are also well kept, enjoyed our walk round the gardens too, which are very nice. There is an Italian garden, a Japanese one, a rose garden, kitchen gardens, obviously wrong time of year to really get the best of them, but all the same very nice. I would love to go back in the Spring and Summer to see them. There are plenty amenities here, a nice cafe/restaurant, lots of toilets, baby changing and disabled toilets. There is a nice gift shop and garden shop. There was a very good Christmas Market on while we were there. And a good light show, small fair attractions and plenty of food and drink vendors.

Tatton Park offers a rich blend of history, nature, and family-friendly experiences. Set in 1,000 acres of stunning deer parkland, Tatton Park combines heritage with leisure. The grand Mansion reveals life upstairs and downstairs, while the Medieval Old Hall adds depth to its history. Visitors can enjoy 50 acres of award-winning gardens, picturesque lakeside walks, and rare breed animals at the working farm. The Stableyard provides a pleasant stop for food and shopping, though parking fees can feel steep. Overall, itβs an atmospheric destination perfect for families, history enthusiasts, and nature lovers alike.

I had a beautiful morning exploring the gardens at Tatton Park. Itβs free for RHS members. But be warned that you need to pay Β£10 to park the car regardless of whether you visit any of the attractions. Thereβs toilets in the courtyard alongside a garden shop, cafe, gift shop, and bookshop. The gardens were looking great as we venture into autumn. Thereβs some beautiful dahlias still flowering and creating a wonderful display. Plenty of ripening apples and pears! Must be a fantastic season this year!! Lots of areas to wander in peace. The grounds are serene and as I was there at 10, there was hardly a soul! So plenty of beautiful photo opportunities!!

Really nice national trust park. Has a Cafe and lots of fresh farm produce shops available. Also has a farm and garden but I think they cost extra. Lots of wildlife to be seen along the trails. Only complaint is a lot of the trails are shared with cars and due to the location you often hear planes flying very low.

A fantastic day out. You really need all day to see the gardens. Check the Japanese garden amazing. Great for kids and dogs alike. Good food could go on and on, just go there.

I visited Tatton Park today and it was a great place. The gardens were immaculate and mature, especially the Chinese garden. The food at the cafe was very nice but quite expensive. I would definitely go back and visit the Mansion next time too. It's a great day out for all ages 5*

Stopped off on way home from Scotland holiday. Really lovely place. Excellent gardens and views. Very clean. NT members still have to pay Β£9 to park so a bit disappointed with this, but overall experience was good.
