Good store. The staff offered to help which was nice but I was just picking something up. As we go to checkout we were waiting there for 5 minutes while she was putting up price slips and engaging in small talk with her co workers.
This is an excellent outlet, but my recent experience echoes the review of Sarah. I recently made a decent purchase for Christmas, but there was no engagement, or interest from the person who served me. I won’t say who it was, but I think that any customer, particularly a loyal one, likes to sense some appreciation. I didn’t and I left feeling I should go elsewhere in future.
Used to be great but sadly gone down hill. Went into to buy 14 cases for an event and the guys were pretty unhelpful. Couldn’t tell us anything about the situation champagne other than where it was on the shelf. Low energy tired and so different to how it used to be. George has left along with enthusiastic ready to help team.
A wonderful experience at the Knutsford Majestic today. A hugely knowledgeable and enthusiastic team and we went away with 12 fantastic bottles - looking forward to trying them! Thank you to Andrew and the other majestic team members who helped us. X
A great place to get great deals on gorgeous wine with free delivery and always a good selection open to try with really friendly expert advice. I don't shop anywhere else for wine, champagne or rum these day! :-)
