    Been many times to collect items from this store with no problems. The store now has a new automated service to check in your order. This lack of customer interaction unfortunately allows staff to be rude to their customers with no consequence. I will shop elsewhere and continue to and spread the word of my bad experience that left me shocked this was acceptable behaviour. First bad review I have ever posted on internet but felt strongly about this

    Jobsworth doesn't cover it, I've dealt with plumbfix since they started and heyve generally been brilliant.. However Northwich is another story..I've never been so insulted!!! Thanks for a great experience, NOT. I won't be coming back
