I’ve always had good service at Screwfix and this morning they went above and beyond. Steven at the Wythenshawe branch helped me sort out my one4all vouchers to buy a drill. Top lad and very patient.
Really well located for easy access. Decent car park. Great customer service as usual.
Great staff, always friendly, courteous & moves with hustle. Parking is easy & plentiful, unlike some other Screwfix locations.
Staff are lovely, recent online orders have been ready within minutes and pickup has always been fast and efficient
Had to stand in the rain due to Covid19 spacing. Toolstation next door have a gazebo to wait in line. That was then. No problem now October 2022. All good.
Its not a place I frequent, but whenever I've called in they always seem polite and helpful. Would recommend this place. Yes I would definitely recommend this place.
We would defo shop here again. We bought interior floor leveller. Thd 2 men brought it out and put it in our car. Unfortunatley we had to take it back as we needed exterior. They gladly exchanged it and carried the new bags to our car. Very polite and extreemly helpful.
Checked online for an item, no indication that they didn't have it in the branch, but they didn't. I could have ordered click and collect, but AIR they only hold the item a day. Went to T**station literally next door.
I went to Screw fix today 19/10/2019 to purchase a plumbing part. I took my old part to ensure I purchased the correct size. I spoke to a man in the store and he looked in the brochure to see the stock. He went in to the stock area for the part but it didn’t fit, he noted another one in the book and got a member of staff to get. Again it wasn’t the right fit. Even though I didn’t get what I wanted on this occasion the service was great, really helpful, friendly and professional. I would certainly return to the store in the future. It’s always lovely to give a positive review. Well done.
