SHOCKING!!!!! Had to phone the police as I was threatened with a hammer when I tried to take a disposable vape back, never been treated like that by anyone, let alone from someone in a shop!! Threatened with a hammer for £10!!! By a shop keeper!!
Excellent shop, the guy was really knowledgeable about all his products and even gave us some background info on how and where it’s made. Really takes an interest in his work and couldn’t be more helpful. Even threw in some freebies for a first time buyer, great customer service and a really friendly and likeable guy. I won’t go anywhere else now, why would you!
Shockingly poor aftersales. Just went back to the shop with a defective voopoo aspire x - screws becoming loose and product not working. The shop assistant said that it happens 1in 100 of products and told me to sort the problem with superglue and a screwdriver. I said that shouldn’t be up to a customer to sort and I wanted to give it back. He suggested that I take it up with the manufacturer and then barred me and threatened to call the police. Still not sure why - I was calm and courteous throughout, unlike the shop assistant I would like to be contacted by the franchise owner please as this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
Had a faulty pod from Xros mini, he gave me a new pod free of cost. On top of this, as I had a full tank of liquid in there, he also gave me a full new bottle of the same one. Top customer service. Highly recommend this shop, cheap prices and great staff
Really helpful and honest advice. It's the difference between buying on line and genuine customer service and the feel good you get from buying from real people. I always visit when I travel up from London and I always (repeated same twice deliberately) look forward sharing the joys of vaping and getting some great products.
