   They never open when they say it should be 5 pm and is now 6 pm they should have a notice saying they are opening late as it happens quite a lot you will lose a lot of customers Maybe leave a message on your phone to say your not opening no customer service at all I will go somewhere else like a lot of there customers will

   Food is ok and it’s convenient for Cantley, have been let down many times with them not being open when they are supposed to be. Prices are good it’s just the service that lets them down time and time again!

   There's a few unfair reviews on here, one of which is complaining about prices. Really? These are one of the cheapest around. Foods always good too and it's one of the rare Chinese takeaways that you can ask for your Singapore Chow Mein to be made extra spicy and actually get it extra spicy.

   I placed my first ever order with Golden Phoenix in Cantley tonight. I was quoted 40 minutes to an hour (usual takeaway delivery time) but it didn't arrive until 90 minutes had passed. I was ready to call them when the driver arrived. I started to unpack my order when i noticed i had been given the wrong order. My main dish was wrong. I promptly called them back and was told a replacement meal would be sent out to me in exchange for the wrong one. But to add insult to injury i received a call back to say id need to pay an extra 60p for the price difference! You've got to be kidding me. Surely as a gesture of goodwill this would be wavered especially after being kept waiting even longer while the rest of my order gets cold. But no, needless to say i will not be ordering from this establishment again, it's an absolute joke with no idea of what real customer service is!
