   Second time ordering here delivery was fast but their food is always burnt that made me feel sick with just a burnt smell. If this can be improved. I kept on scooping everything out hoping its better. Cant even eat it just money gone like that cause of poor service

   I orderd a couple days ago and got disgusting food and the beef was burnt and really salty. The delivery was almost an hour late so the food was frozen cold. I understand it was busy because I'm a regular however Ive still payed money for It, hoping to receive decent food. And after I rang back asking for a refund I was called a liar. I won't be coming back here and I warn everyone to think twice before ordering here.

   Order from this place regularly usually with no issues, Tonight’s order came with burnt chilli beef and raw chicken balls. We called up to ask for a refund for these two dishes out of the six we had ordered to be refused a refund. They claim the pink is from seasoning although we have never had this issue before. You can quite clearly see it is undercooked chicken.

   Just ordered chicken curry and prawns in OK sauce. Both were rubbish curry wishey washey and the ok sauce tasted like watered down brown sauce. Just phoned up to tell them and they are not interested. I should have learned from my last experience when we ordered for 6 people(£54 ) and 2 items were missing and once again the complaint went straight over their heads and no replacement was offered. We have used this Chinese for many years but now is the time to find another one

   Ordered a meal was sent the wrong one plus items missing the manager refused to come onto the phone to rectify. The missing items were justified as our driver gave you 2.40. Towards a 20 pound order. Avoid

   Always prompt service - in fact they are usually earlier than they say they will be. There's a really good choice of dishes and reasonably priced too. The food is piping hot when delivered and the delivery people are really polite and friendly. We always get our takeaways from here and have never been disappointed.

   We’ve been ordering from them for a couple of years now, our most recent order arrived late and with an item missing. I tried calling them but got no reply so had to contact support on the FoodHub app and was told that they said all items had been sent. The support person told me to call them again, which I did, I could not believe my ears when the person on the phone called me a liar and said I had eaten the item. I assured them that the item did not arrive and wanted a replacement, they told me I’d have to go collect it and pay for it, I told them that it never arrived and for it to be delivered to me at no extra cost. The delivery driver arrived and said sorry, I tried to tell him that I did not appreciate being called a liar as we’ve been a loyal customer for years now and had never complained even when they had a 1 star food hygiene rating. We had remained loyal to them as we had never had an issue, so for them to call me a lair was disgusting. Other than that we’ve never had an issue but consider that one time to be the last time for us, years of loyalty means nothing to them.

   We ordered takeaway from here a couple of days ago via the Justeat app. The delivery was about 20 minutes late but I think they were very busy. The food was hot and pretty tasty. I had crispy duck and also spare ribs in a honey sauce.
