I went into the Gucci store today at selfridges Trafford centre as there is a bag I’ve been wanting for some time, the lady who assisted me (I didn’t catch her name) was one of the most loveliest ladies I’ve ever met in that department store, nothing was too much trouble for and she went above and beyond for me! It was very refreshing as I’ve found with luxury brands you don’t always get that service but she made me leave with an exceptional lasting experience. Thank you!

Be aware that the customer service is truly awful. I returned a Gucci Bracelet that was received as a Christmas gift. The bracelet fell off a day after Christmas. When we returned it expecting a replacement, our money back, or at least a credit, we were instead told that the product would have to be returned to the Gucci factory to check whether the bracelet was faulty or whether we had broken it!! No sign here of accepting that faulty goods need to be replaced under the Sale of Goods act 2015. We now have a 6 week wait and a possible repair charge. You would be better looked after ordering on Amazon or Ebay! Truly awful - be aware!

Awful customer service I had to wait 45 mins to ask a question and then another 30 mins to buy my stuff. Absolutely seething
They never answer the phone which is so annoying, as I needed to see whether they have a bag in stock. As I live a fair distance away and its worth travelling if it's not there.. very disappointed from a company of this nature..
