   Got a used washing machine from this guys for £150 , first started to make smoke than literally exploded in my house , took them 2 weeks to come and do a replacement after I was keep trying to contact them for the smoke smell they didn't come to try to fix it or have a look what is all about , at the end of the day it was a fire hazard this metal box. , the next one I got from them had flooded my entire flat . I regret trying to buy a product from a local . Full waste of money time and energy. BUY A NEW ONE FROM A REAL SHOP AND SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY AND ENERGY , IS NOT WORTH IT.

   Avoid at all costs! First of all i was given a VERY dirty washing machine, where black sludge was coming out on every wash. There was black mould all in the seal of the washing machine and all in the powder compartment. (I have lots of pictures as evidence) I explained this and received a £20 refund rather then a replacement which i asked for. But at least it was something. After an extensive clean and X5 3 hour washes, the black sludge was finally gone. Then after less then 2 months of having the machine and only 5 actual clothe washes, the machine began to leak. I bought this machine because it came with a 6 month warranty but i was refused a repair or new machine after only having it 2 months. They told me that their warranty doesn’t cover leaks, only mechanical faults. And said they would send someone to fix but i would have to pay him. If i knew the warranty wouldn’t cover basic faults with the machine then i 100% would not have purchased from this seller. Completely ripping off someone who cannot afford a brand new machine. I could have bought one off facebook market place from a private seller for less then half the price i payed.

   I would avoid this place all that cost it's not worth the money what you're paying for half of the stuff is broke don't even work and they will not even give you a full refund they will just try and give you another item what is older model
