   Phone sales and in store sales can’t fault them. Price is good. Quality before sale was excellent. Delivery service absolutely appalling! Never have I met unprofessional people in my life! One of them was aggressive, rude and unprofessional. when I stated he has dropped and dinted appliance. If you want to be verbally abused in your own home and have lying people who don’t admit fault that he had not dropped the item and caused damaged it then feel free or organise your own transport.

   A good variety of appliances all slightly damaged put appear in new condition, I'm not sure whether the manufacturing warranty would still be valid or they may need appliance electrical safety certification.The same person told me there is 12 months warranty. Prices look like 25-30% cheaper than brand new Currys or Argos prices and there is a local delivery charge. The item I wanted was not in stock .

   Decent stock, and very helpful staff. The stickers could be a bit less "label like" and more actual stickers as they're still difficult to clean off but other than that, they're really good I went in here twice, before deciding to buy a dishwasher and they fitted it in at a reasonable cost too. That night however be because I live within the greater Manchester area instead of other places. I've noticed they've sent their appliances to various otherwise parts of the country too, so those costs might be different

   Purchased a Logik Fridge Freezer. Great variety and great prices and the customer service has been excellent . Scheduled delivery the next day. Encountered a few issues out of their control but they sorted things no problem and tolerated endless calls and texts but always remained polite and professional. Thanks for everything you did it has been appreciated during a stressful house move.…would highly recommend. Thanks Sarah and Liam ☺️

   Off the shelf appliances, you have to do your homework before purchasing as some didn't have too much difference from brand new. Condition reflected the price. I guess if you after a cheap and cheerful appliances it might be OK. Not sure how good they after sales service would be. Good customer service
