   Tracy was unbelievably rude. Nice man was helping, she barged over and took his sale. He was doing his job fine. She then mocked him saying he was support staff. So rude. She would not be in a customer facing role

   The absolute worst customer service. Bought a blender, till wasn’t working properly so they took me to another till even though the money had already come out of my account. They promised me that it would just be pending and then it would reverted. Alas, two payments have now left my account. I went back into the store where the people could not care less and told me to ring customer service line. Guess what? The customer service line tell me to go into the store. Absolutely avoid at all costs. They are a bunch of scammers who could not care less about customer service. Particularly a bloke called Haydar who flat out lied to my face.

She went above and beyond to help me and my mum today 20/11/2025 she is the most helpful kind and nicest member of staff i have ever had the pleasure of meeting out of any store I've been too!    Not enough staff. Serving each customer with a query takes far too long. At one point 6 staff were congregated near the front of store yet none of them were qualified to take an old printer off me for recycling. The young man I spoke to had impeccable manners but couldn't help me sadly. No wonder people buy on line.

   Staff there needs to be more customer service oriented looking out who needs help and when suggesting the product should have proper knowledge and attention to detail because we depend upon there knowledge I asked for a wired type C headphones and was still given wireless with confident which has wasted my time to come back again for return waste of time waste of money for parking and more importantly I couldn't use the headphones when I wanted to.

   I went into the Curry's Stockport store wanting some advice on a tablet it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me . The advisor was not very knowledgeable on the particular product that I was asking about & had to ask someone else who also couldn't answer my query. In my eyes Curry's customer service has gone down Hillas staff aren't trained properly which is very off putting as I had to go elsewhere to buy a tablet due to the staff at Curry's not being properly trained. It's definitely put me off from going to Curry's again as their staff aren't trained properly .

   I went to Curry's this morning to pickup a new microwave. Once inside I noticed it was fairly busy, I went over to where the microwaves were on display and took my time reading the spec on a couple before I decided which one I was going to choose. I picked my choice up and made my way to checkout. I really enjoyed going into the store without any staff member bothering me about can I help you if you need any help I'm over there.
