Food Was Nice, However Our Vegetable Spring Rolls Had A Piece Of Chicken In It. Making My Mother Feel Sick, And Unable To Finish Her Food.
The food was really good except the salt and pepper chicken... literally no taste or seasoning to them at all! Everything else was top tier food. Was really happy with it Will return again but staying well away from them salt pepper chicken wings
My daughter ordered a take away and found a Dead woodlice found on top of rice box, absolutely disgusting. Rude staff and when brought replacement rice box, driver knocked on door and left on doorstep. Will not be ordering ever again !!!!! This will be reported to food and hygiene and rotherhamborough council.
We tried to order this on just eat. Once we had confirmation of the order, we called to let her know that we have a nut allergy in the home but was ok with traces and she told me that there was no order placed. I explained that we had an order number. I rang back after I had double checked the order and she continued to tell us the order hadn't been placed and to call just eat customer services. I cancelled our order and called back to order over the phone. She then said she wouldn't be able to take the order due to the nut allergy. She could have told us this in the first place but instead she had us messing around and worrying what had happened to our money. It was obvious she had cancelled our order. Especially when I received an email from just ear confirming this. Now I have to wait for a refund. Luckily we are fortunate enough to have spare money to still get our food tonight
Disgusting ordered the food in shop got the food home and found a cigarette butt in my beef chowmain will never order from there ever again

What a absolute shambles i have used these for over a year just had a order with the sauce missing for the duck!!! Rang up to explain i needed it sending out again to be accused of eating the food and wanting money back..ive rebaged it and they have come to door accusing me of eating it opening every box and going through it to see if id eaten any shocking service.oh and ive just got up this morning to find the owner has thrown the food into my next door neighbours garden
For the 4th time in a row food has been very late - despite the menu stating food will be delivered in 30-45 mins. It’s been an hour and a half. The manager/owner was very defensive when I complained. Tonight the delivery driver couldn’t find my address. Food was so salty it was bordering on inedible. This take away has gone downhill, in terms of service and quality, dramatically in the last few months.
Lovely food and came on time but unfortunately had to throw away the crispy duck. It was just fat and bone, grey and slimy. complained but they said this is how it comes! very disappointed and at £9 for a quarter not cheap
