   Needed a part and contacted Euronics in Sale and spoke to a lovely lady called Lorraine. She asked for the make and model of the item I needed the part for and said she would call me back when stock had been checked. Received a call a few mins later and it was confirmed that they had the item in stock and the price was provided to me. I arrived around 30 mins later and the much needed part was waiting. Excellent customer service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

   Can not praise enough. Needed a part for a dryer although not in stock it was ordered for the following day. Also gave me great advice on how to fit the part. Excellent customer service by both members of staff I would highly recommend.

   Avoid!!! Bought integrated washing machine, they charged me for the installation service; a rude scruffy man posing as engineer made a mess out of it and ruined my kitchen by damaging the door. What happened after is beyond unbelievable. They took the door away to “match” it and never brought it back!!! They are responding with rude abusive messages. These scammers need a good lesson of competence and honesty in the courtroom
