“Called in a month ago and asked about washing machines. I didn't need a fancy one, no bells and whistles with a million programs so got the cheapest one in the shop. Very reasonable price and delivered free due to the short distance from the shop and even removed my old washer at a lower price than what every other outlet wanted for removal (£20-30). Washer works fine, it's moden and even has a few flashing lights, great friendly customer service and competitive prices, couldn't fault them one bit.”

I got a new fridge freezer at a reasonable price compared to other shops I won't be going anywhere else in future. Very friendly and helpful. We visited on a couple of occasions, once to browse and second time to order. The staff have the right balance of offering help and advice without being overbearing. One thing I liked was the man we ordered with didn't automatically steer us towards the most expensive appliances when we were asking questions to make our decision. He was v helpful and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed when they delivered our washing early for us- the next day after asking -as our old one broke, for no extra charge. Would definitely buy from here again”

“Normal B&M Store on the small Size, their food section is bigger than others I have been to, small beauty section no make up but generous moisturiser and pre-make up routine items. Parking is ok, normally quite busy and from memory it’s a 2h limit.”
