   Went on 2 October to purchase a new washing machine. I received a friendly greeting from a gentleman whose name was Dave. He asked appropriate questions and showed me suitable machines to suit my needs. I asked for his recommendation which he gave to me. I paid for it and today 3 October it was delivered. The Old washing machine was removed, new one fitted and old one taken away. Prices are amazing. I always receive outstanding customer service from this company and have done for many many years as had my parents before me. If you require outstanding customer service, good appliances at outstanding prices, quick delivery, fixing and removal of old appliance then look no further than Padgate Appliances. Thank you Dave for your help in the shop, delivery, fitting new machine and taking old one away. You are an asset to the business. Many Thanks.

   Went for a look round padgate appliances for a fridge freezer and saw the one I wanted , I bought it there and then, 20 minutes later it was delivered and fitted and the old one taken away. Brilliant service very polite and helpful. I am going back today to buy a new cooker as I know I will get the sameservice. Thanks guys.

   We decided to shop around before deciding on the exact fridge freezer we'd buy. As soon as I walked in I spotted one and had to have it! I got a new fridge freezer at a reasonable price compared to other shops I won't be going anywhere else in future. Very friendly and helpful. Delivery is very cheap but we decided to get it collected same day. Definitely will be back if we ever need a new washer, cooker or fridge! Thank you

   I recently moved house and I bought 5 new appliances fridge, dishwasher tumble dryer, washing machine & cooker ...set them all up and all the hotpoint appliances the washing machine and dishwasher are showing errors codes which u don't expect when they are new... called the shop to be told contact the manufacturer which is bad business that there not dealing with this... called the manufacturer and its taking them 2 weeks to come out and fix them ...I m so angry as I need the washing machine more than anything and u don't expect this on a new product. Never ever again

   Bought brand new washing machine, machine was faulty didn’t want anything to do with it told to call main dealer. Avoid at all costs pay a little extra for piece of mind from a reputable store.
