Great place to bag a bargain on many white goods that come with a warranty. Also very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They also deliver and do call outs to fix appliances.
So first things first if I could give 0 stars I would! About a month ago my washer dryer from domesti care wasnt doing a wash cycle properly and would not dry at all got Mike out to repair it was advised it was the water pump had him repair it with a new pump however 5 mins after he left washer dryer still having same problem so rang Mike told him that the problem wasnt fixed and that it was not a water pump problem I also reported that my settings dial was sticking so Mike told me that he would come out and fix it however waited a week for the repair no call no message to confirm date or time so rang back to get told it is the water pump that is the problem( thing is water pump was replaced so cant be that ) he continued to argue that it was a water pump problem so left it as that and spoke to paul told paul that mike has knackered my washer dryer all together and that we have no way of doing washing so paul spoke to mike about this and 2as told that the circuit board was the problem and that it was gonna cost me a further 170 quid to fix which is extortionate considering the circuit board was gonna cost 25 quid from Ebay brand new so I went and spoke to paul about the charge and asked if I could go for another washer dryer instead i recieved a message i quote "we can not offer another washer dryer on the weekly pay option and mike will refund the repair cost paided. So I rang to speak to paul about this but found out that domesti care blocked my mobile number. My partner rang domesticare today of his phone and hold be hold his number was blocked so he rang of the house phone managed to get through to the shop and spoke to the owner my partner asked why we could not go for another washer dryer and why both mobile numbers were blocked he was told that they blocked both mobile numbers as they didnt want to deal with us just because we said mike was useless as he couldn't fix the issues we was having so my partner just told him that it was pathetic and childish to have blocked both numbers this is far from professional AVOID AVOID AVOID most of there goods are over 10 years old and parts are most likely obsolete so it would make you spend more money to get another product putting money in there pocket dont waste your time or money on these
I've been to see Paul at Domesticare before and found him genuine. I didn't go ahead at the time because he didn't have quite what I needed. Our washing machine went and after struggling with delivery of a new appliance I remembered Domesticare and looked at their website. A quick browse and I found what I wanted so used the contact form. Paul was quick to respond and came up with a great deal for a reconditioned machine at a good price and, more importantly, was delivered when Paul said it would be less than 24 hours later. The machine is guaranteed for 6 months and I am happy with the great service and quick responses! Thanks a lot Domesticare!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I purchased a washer dryer from Domesticare, and from the outset I was plagued with issues. 1. The programmes stopped working correctly after a week or so. 2. When on a drying mode there was smoke billowing out, hardly the thing you want in your house with children!! 3. When the so called mechanic came to fix the smoking issue (which he did) he just kicked it back in place into the unit ripping of the rubber adjustable feet, then when leaving standing on the kick board and snapping off the attachments! (well done!) He just walked out as if nothing happened. Gratitude!!! So the feet have never been able to be adjusted correctly and looks ridiculous in the unit. As well as all this the hinges on the machine were so rubbish that the integrated door was never going to work properly at all and the door would never shut unless wedged. DISSAPOINTED.
