Can’t recommend highly enough. Delicious fresh authentic food (even gluten free versions), attentive friendly knowledgeable hosts giving recommendations, relaxed atmosphere, and great value for money on the lunch time menu. We’ll be back for sure!
One of favourite restaurants . Food is of the highest quality , the team are amazing, Cinzia and Jonathan always give us the warmest of welcomes . Absolutely recommend for the best Sardinian cuisine presented beautifully .
The crab risotto and veal was an amazing combo! The veal dish is a perfectly delicate balance of different textures and flavours! The crab risotto was everything one is proud to write to home about (as they would say in old days), and in nowadays, yes it’s something they would post on here or insta for!
This is by far the best experience we've ever had in Guildford. We booked a reservation to celebrate our Chinese valentines day, and the chef made a lovely decoration of napkin with rose for us. The food was amazing. The wine she recommended was harmonious with the food. The service was impressed. Everything is just perfect. We will definitely come here again.
Slow service to start with as I think they were short staffed, but I had an amazing time! The food was great, we both had the bruschetta to start with, my partner had the steak and I had the vegan mushroom pasta, and both had desserts. Really good vegan selection and my partner said he even preferred my pasta to the steak (it was amazing pasta). Really lovely staff and cocktails were great as well! Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Guildford. 2 of us had 3 courses with drinks for £100 including a tip, so not bad at all for great food and service ⭐️
Fantastic service, communication, amazing food as well. This is not something you would find at any Italian restaurant, the selection is different and refreshing for an Italian like me. We loved everything. Cinzia, the manager was super friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. We will back for more occasions.
Overall quite decent, service is excellent, i have ordered an espresso martini which was fantastic. Pasta was fresh as well but just got so salty at the end for both of the plates I have ordered. But to summarize, it was a nice experience and worth a try!
The restaurant is nicely-decorated and the staff are friendly. We’ve been to a few Italian restaurants, but to be honest, this is probably the worst one we’ve ever been in terms of the main dish quality. The breaded king prawn as a starter is good, I would rate 4 out of 5. For main, My husband ordered a steak fillet, which is 25 pounds, but the meat quality is poor. As can been seen in the picture, there is a lot of fat and he cannot bite through. For the expensive steak, my husband would give 1.5 out of 5. The steak also comes with the fries, but they don’t have ketchup, which I don’t think it acceptable. We feel a bit surprised that a restaurant that cannot provide ketchup while they serve chips. I ordered seam bream which is covered by cheese. Compared with the sea bass I had in other Italian restaurants, I would give 2.5 out of 5. In the end, we ordered the lemon tart, it’s very delicious but really small piece. Overall, I would give today’s food 2.5 out of 5 in terms of the price and quality. The quality for Their main dishes does need improving Urgently.
Great spot for dinner - spent the night in Guildford away from home and this was a proper treat. Went for the taster menu with the accompanying flight of wine. The staff were really attentive and made the evening great. Was very nice to have such a mix of Italian wines to pair with the dishes. Portion sizes weee generous and we left extremely happy!
