Bought a coffee machine through eBay from this company. It arrived caked in limescale and wasn’t working. I sent them a message, they said they’d send a return label - that didn’t arrive so I took the machine apart, cleaned it and descaled it and managed to get it working. Messages the seller to inform them and came to a resolution to receive a £4 refund. He put the terms on the refund that I had to leave 5* feedback, I replied that would leave honest feedback. I received the refund and left neutral, honest feedback. My experience was not a positive one so I wasn’t willing to rate it as that. The next day I received a phone call from a man who said he was from big discount electrical appliances and then began shouting at me about leaving neutral feedback and demanding I change it. eBay have removed my feedback so I decided to find somewhere else to review. Hopefully google isn’t in the habit of removing honest reviews. I’ve dropped the star rating to one here due to the rather creepy and highly unprofessional phone call. Don’t ignore those few negative reviews like I did hoping for the best - go somewhere else!
