   Dean has been fantastic working with me on the design of a very awkward utility design. From the initial designs being made over email, to visits in store to choose finishes and tweak the design he’s been great. I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, and the genuine drive and commitment to get this design just right. He’s given hours of time, kept smiling, and problem solved with such determination. His communication is spot on, and his relaxed pleasant nature has made the design process simple and enjoyable. His colleague ‘Speedy’ has chipped in with ideas when needed and has the most impressive product knowledge. I’m not easy to impress but the design service here has been outstanding and other branches (and companies) need to come a learn so much from this branch’s great staff.
