Prima oven stopped working just before Xmas. tripping the consumer unit. Popped into the shop, lovely lad sorted me an appointment, phoning his Dad to squeeze us in between jobs. Brian was round same morning. He knew straight away what the issue was- had all the parts needed, fixed and tested, as a bonus he also managed to change the broken oven light bulb which had always refused to come all the times I have tried. Great family firm. Christmas dinner saved- would highly recommend
New washing machine supplied quickly and efficiently. Delivered and fitted in the same manner. Thankyou Steve for your help in locating a plumber who came within the hour to fix a leak under my sink.came back later with new brass fitting to finish the job. Charged a very reasonable price. He too was a lovely man. Dealing with this firm has always been productive and satisfactory for me.
Can't fault this little business. Since lockdown we have bought 2 small freezers, a fridge, reconditioned hoover and this morning a new dishwasher. Great service from start to finish. The electrical.giants make more than enough money. We prefer to shop local.
This company is fantastic for your Appliance needs, the staff who work here are lovely... they are very happy, friendly professional people. They are quick, reliable and do a fantastic job. They are also great at making sure everything worked as it should before they left our property, taking our old, broken appliance away too. I would definately recommend Horwich Appliances to anyone who needs it.

Came across this shop by chance and I'm so glad I did! I'd been shopping around the usual big stores for a new cooker after ours broke unexpectedly. Horwich Appliance Centre were super helpful and really competitively priced. Super quick delivery, installation and removal of the old cooker was built in to the price and when it was delivered the gentleman was really friendly and even let me have 10 minutes to sweap and clean where the old cooker was before he put the new one in. Really pleased with my Zanussi cooker and would 100% recommend Horwich Appliance Centre.
Our washing machine died on us on Saturday so we called in at Horwich Appliance Centre Monday morning. Picked out a new Bosch machine which was delivered and installed on Tuesday afternoon. Great service and would definately recommend them. And always good to support a local business.
