Very low FSA (environmental health) hygiene inspection rating. The food in our last order made us unwell. There is a problem behind these shops (Iceland car park) with rats and rubbish.
Extremely affordable and tasty. Fish is great and they don’t go easy on the chips and sauce
One of the best meals I've had in a while. Hot fresh, good customer service, good value. Delivery a little longer than stated but not unreasonable. Will definitely order again. Thanks
If I could give this 0 stars I would! Chips were hard and dried out as if they were re-heated. Rice was still hard, chicken was wet and dripping with oil. Curry sauce had no taste apart from cinnamon. Completely unedible. Worst meal I’ve had!
Where do I start. I ordered on the website, then I called 40 minutes later to be told they haven't checked their website as they aren't doing deliveries. I cycled over and then was told it was shut by a staff member leaving. They clearly rushed the food out in a last ditch effort and what was provided was horrendous. The pictures speak a thousand words. Beyond the fact that it was absolutely dripping in grease and oil, there was a giant hair bedded into the food. Absolutely shocking. I've been put chinese takeaway for life. Note how the giant 7 inch hair is infused into the food. They didn't even refund it properly. Paid upwards of 35 quid to be put off sweet and sour for life. Weird tasting chow mein for both of our orders. Like it had either gone bad or the oil they used was used to fry some weird meat previously. I'm a vegetarian so I would really hope not.
They have their own app ...easy to use and click and collect...tasty and fair portion
Had chips, cheese and onion pie, peas and curry sauce and we shared it between 2 of us. Was lovely but the only issue were the peas. Ok, so they didnt advertise as mushy but that's what we expect. Those cheap marrowfat tinned peas. If they wouldve been proper mushy ones then the food would've got full marks.
Delivery driver had no change leaving us with no option but to give him more money than required for the food purchased. I also found that the food was very expensive for what I had ordered. All food seemed to be reheated including the chips which were brown and tasted dry. The pies were soggy as though they had be reheated as well. Overall very disappointed and will not order again. Do not recommended.
Fresh ingredients, everything was tasty and portion sizes were generous. Friendly delivery staff too - really impressed with these guys. Really enjoyed our food!
