Went to pick up some handles,the staff ssit looking at you and don't speak,asked for my stuff and they just tap away on their computers and eventually after 8 minutes I asked is my handles in stock,the lad went to get them,then came and took a photo of my car ,I presume to make sure I wasn't stealing them.Wont be rushing back.
Poor. In response to the comment below. I have emailed and had no response. No surprise there! Exceptionally poor workmanship from their worktop installation team, poor cuts throughout. Photos to follow!
We worked with James to design a utility room solution for our new basement conversion in Stockport and he created something so perfect and so cavernous in such a small space. Will be back when we’ve recovered from this job for a kitchen revamp!

I have purchased my kitchen from Howdens with help from a design planner. On all my fitter has been busy with getting it into place and the final product looks good but as this is a trade business you have to get your qualified builder who has a trade account to confirm all the details. When trying to get the best deal I original had advised I wanted certain items to be included but could they us a better deal price. When we received the final price these items were taken of what we wanted and we were not advised when the final diagrams were provided as these are hidden items ie in cupboards or under sink items i not being a builder was not able to verify this and the planner did not advise that these items had been removed to help reduce the overall cost. If I had been advised then I would have made concessions to make sure that they were included. You have to make payment in full before you can receive the requested products, this has been done and given in good faith. After delivery was made that the discrepancies was noticed and we were advised about how the savings were made The finished product will be good but not brilliant as it will feal unfinished due to the discrepancies. All materials provided are of a good standard.
Terrible experience overall. Had an appointment to look at some kitchens with Tony, who wasn't only unhelpful but also rude. After spending 20 minutes with him I left without any idea of what Howdens kitchens were like, without a ballpark figure to work to, and without any clear way forward. I haven't been contacted since, despite asking them to email me. Save your time and go elsewhere
Trade only, but if you have a builder already in tow, feel free to go and look at their kitchen range. We got a beautiful 20 unit kitchen in Greenwich Shaker Grey in October and the quality is excellent. As they have a warehouse, exchanges were made the same day for items we’d chosen to swap, and the entire kitchen was delivered the day after ordering! Staff were so friendly and even gave us a free recipe book, and a bottle of champagne after ordering!
