   We stayed for 2 nights while we were visiting family. The room was really nice. The receptionist Debbie was really helpful and sympathetic after I had the misfortune of losing my phone and wallet. The breakfast is really good. The location is ideal, lots to do within driving distance. You can also walk from the Premier Inn to the Clent Hills if you fancy stretching your legs. It is a really nice place to stay. We have stayed lots of times.

   Bed comfortable and a good size but everything feels a bit grubby. The room was clean but smelled musty like there was a damp problem. Plates and cups at breakfast were not washed properly.

   Greeted by a lovely lady on reception who couldn't have been more helpful. Room was very clean and comfy bed. Decent sized TV too.

   I ordered a great mixed grill but must admit I was a little disappointed with no lamb chop or black pudding. It was still a great meal and value for money with the email voucher. The evening front of house staff was very helpful and not overpowering. Decor was a little to shabby chic and could do with abit of tlc.

   Family bedroom are smaller than other premiere inns but the bathroom is even more tiny. Hardly space for even one person to manoeuvre. You have to squeeze yourself in. Reminds me of airplane toilets. Definitely not appropriate for a family bedroom. We asked if they had bigger rooms but we're told that all the rooms were the same size. Would not stay here again due to the size issue..

   Bad Points: Breakfast - awful, really odd taste or no taste, bacon looked like a tennis ball that had been run over, eggs no taste at all not sure how that was achieved, hash brown tasted like plastic, kids running everywhere, felt like the school canteen. Bathroom cramped, nearly having to stand on the toilet to shut the door ! Good Points: Price, location, room nice and fairly spacious, staff polite and efficient.

   Stayed here for three nights, as there was a mix up wit the reception booking us in, we had to stay in the same room as another couple. They were a lovely couple from Spain, he was in sales and she owned her own small printing company, doing business cards, personalised mugs and t-shirts, etc. Great atmosphere in the room, breakfast included free of charge for the mix up.

   Mixed bag, the hotel is good, staff very pleasant. Room good and road noise low, the reception staff very good. Faulty bedside light in room. The beefeater next door is good, proper bar, good menu and waiter staff very good. The only issue I had was with my food, I ordered a steak mefium rare and it came rare, (uncooked centre), I didn't send it back as I was disappointed in a £25 steak being under done... Waitress was great. Next time I will order medium and see what turns up..... Would stay again and eat at the beefeater.

   Lovely staff, room was clean but sooo small for family of four (no room to move between beds, side tables removed etc) so felt very claustrophobic for a two night stay. Great location too with a lovely beefeater to eat in.
