   100% DO NOT BUY!!!! BROKEN!!! Brought it up stairs and broken it when delivering had to wait 2 months for the guy to come back and fix it and he left the back off but was still broken ... not ever 6 months old and only used for less than 3 months. First time it was leaking he had no clue I said it's from bottom and he was like no it's the tray at the top clearly saw the black pipe at bottom proring out with water. Dont buy as they dont work and I'm not the first to have this problem either

   Another fantastic delivery from Darren and the team at Be Strong Discount washer and dryers. I’ve been using Darren and recommending to friends and family for at least 10 years now. My 1st purchase was a dryer 10 years ago which is still going strong!! My most recent was a washing machine for a friend. Excellent value for money, excellent customer service, fast delivery, smooth transaction every time. I trust this company 1000% and would recommend to anybody reading this.    5***** all the way!!! I came across Be Strong on Facebook. I messaged them and got an instant response about a washing machine. I was sent pictures of a different one that had just become available and I loved it!! I had a few questions along the way and always got an instant response. On the delivery day I was told I would get a call just before setting off (between 11am and 1pm) and I received a call just before 11am to tell me they was on their way. They removed my old appliance and connected my new one with no extra cost (just the delivery charge) and I couldn't thank them enough as I couldn't remove the old one myself. All set up and didn't leave until the washer had been running to check for leaks etc. I only paid £140 for a A*** Hoover 10kg washing machine! It arrived spotless and clean. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A SERVICE LIKE THIS FROM ANYWHERE!! These guys go above and beyond and knowing your money is going back into the charity just makes it even more worth while. I will be recommending to all family and friends!! Keep up the great work guys and thank you for a wonderful service ❤️

   Highly recommended this firm. I rang at lunchtime today ( Saturday) and they managed to fit me in at 2pm. Extremely professional and polite and got my condenser dryer belt replaced in 30 mins - also done in my kitchen so none of that "we'll have to take it away" rubbish. They even found the issue of why it keeps happening (previous guy had not put a spring back yet charged me £70 for every visit - x 3). great value too. Will tell my friends if they ever need repairs doing thank you.

   Both the sales guy and delivery guys were great! Within days my washing machine was delivered, setup and checked within half an hour, and that included detaching and taking away my old one, moving my furniture to gain access, and putting it back in place. They were very considerate and careful not to scratch my new front door too! Very quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Good service, good prices and reasonable delivery rates too!
