   I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order from Fireaway Pizza. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza, but what I received was just plain chicken with very little topping and no proper BBQ flavour at all. The quantity was pathetic and the quality was very poor.

   Terrible customer service, didn’t even make the pizza properly according to their menu and I have proof/ photo to show one particular item was not on the pizza, they lied and they said they did put it on even though I showed them the photo. The two males staff that work there are very rude, haven’t a clue about customer service. Appalling service, avoid at all costs. I will never step a foot in this branch again.

   I didn't even ask to order anything. I came in, looking at the menu for maybe 3 minutes. I had two employees in front of me; the shop was empty, and they didn't even say good evening or at least hello. Believe me, I lost my appetite to go for a pizza... I got upset of course and they noticed and they said " what do you want?" And that it is... I have been there i believe when they opened but from now I will never be back.... it was today at 20h45 pm believe me you guys will never see me again and don't recommend no one to go inside there maybe they are lucky selling pizza online only...

   Nice place to have food, seat down and relax. Welcoming service with a smiley, they even asked how was my food which is not a standard now. I liked the vibe but music of choice was terrible. Decent pizza, won’t blow your mind but I didn’t expect that from such a establishment. On the dry side, think it was sitting a bit too long in the oven. It’s honest working man pizza.

   LOVE IT best pizza takeaway near me i don't always have pizza but when i do I NEVER go elsewhere! i swear by this place - the one near me is so great i've even tried some further out. i am eating a margarita as we speak its so good. its warm its fresh its yum - its not too chewy or dry. it comes with my FAV FREE dip, its flavourful, the cheese tastes so nice. i always get the make your own as its worth the value (i add on SO many toppings) or i get margarita. i don't eat at other pizza places they're too greasy and this one isn't! love it id eat a pizza from here all day if i had to and i would even collab with them LMAO thats how much i love fireaway. ask my friends i always feed them these pizzas at parties and they have vegan and halal options for my besties :) nice seating area, lovely staff - i met the chef :) very sweet they even gave me FREE pizza once thank you

   It used to be my favourite pizza but today I’m very disappointed! Little amount of toppings, chicken one was disgusting and garlic bread didn’t taste like garlic…shame as I was your regular customer but now moving to another pizza place as there are many! The quality was poor and definitely not worth over £50 I’ve spent. Maybe the staff and chef has changed so something to look into as a restaurant owner.

   My eldest has wanted to go here for quite some time. The childrens pizza was bigger than expected, about the same size as a normal pizza, so great value for money. I had the bbq crunch chicken wings too and they were delicious. The Oreo milkshake was very good. Staff very friendly and patient.

   Giving one star, because it has been long time I am observing the decline of this branch. I remember when you guys opened up - finally a pizza with style in TH, a place to sit...very refreshing. Also the pizza was really tasty, fluffy with appropriate amount of toppings. However, what I had short time ago has nothing to do with the pizza in those days. And the price is just horrendeous, stingy on toppings, thin as a paper 'artisan pizza'. It's sad, but I guess while opening up so many new branches you forgotten about the one in TH :(

   Ordered 2 create your own pizza via the Fireaway app at 18:06 and I get an email notification that it will arrive around 19:00. I called at 19:25 but no one picks up, then again at 19:30 still going to voicemail. I finally get through a few minutes later and I give the guy my order number; he explains it's a busy night and the driver just left with my pizzas and it will be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes nothing was received so I called back at 20:00 and the manager picked up who said the driver left 8 minutes ago so the first person straight up lied about the driver leaving 20 minutes ago. The pizza arrived 5 minutes after at 20:08 and the driver was trying to explain something about rocket, I didn't care anymore but was too hungry to listen to him. We open the 2 pizzas and mine had ham which I didn't order, and my wife's had rocket, which she doesn't like eating. I think the driver tried to explain that they had to swap out one ingredient for rocket because they ran out? Never a good idea! Waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas that were made incorrectly... No more thanks

   It was my first time ordering from this Designer Pizza Outlet and there is nothing special, the pizza was delivered cold therefore no taste, BBQ Pizza (some fancy name) but not worth it. Wings had a weird smell to it, I think they make it in the oven or something, definitely not ordering again so there are better options out there. Maybe I should not have gone for the BBQ one.
