Wonderful service: helpful, patient, and fun Food was delicious from appetizers to dessert The owner was a gem, got us a limencello on him. We almost went to dinner across the street, but it took

Tasty well presented food, great service pleasant atmosphere, it wasn't too busy as it was a Monday. The restaurant itself is lovely but the basement ladies room could do with some attention! Sink and a wc out of order, looked like they have maybe had a flood at some point

We really enjoyed our food here! After a long day in central London, we wanted somewhere nice and local to eat that wasnβt a chain or your usual Italian. We stumbled upon this restaurant as we were walking and were instantly welcomed by the host. The food was superb and often, it is these small restaurants that produce the best food. 10/10 would come again! Thank you :)

During my stay in London, I came across this restaurant by chance and I donβt regret it! I had the spaghetti bolognese, which was really tasty and well prepared. What made the experience special was the service: Silvia took the time to explain the menu and made sure everything went smoothly, even though my English isnβt perfect. Thanks to her, I had a great time. I definitely recommend this place, both for the food and for the warm welcome.

Friendly service, however "Al Prosciutto" Pizza had ham instead of prosciutto and "new York baked cheesecake" was definitely not baked.

Unfortunately not very good at all. The host/staff were alright but the food was terrible. We were a table of 10 and all had starters and mains. However, oddly they served the Pizza mains with the starters. We were a bit confused. The restaurant did do everything to rectify their mistakes. Can't fault that. Sadly though, it had to be the worst restaurant (very dated and tatty) that I have ever set foot in. The food was terrible. So couldn't give it any more than 2 stars.

The food was very nice, the wait staff pleasant and the actual wait was not long. Some of the reviews do not seem to be fair to this place, admittedly we arrived for a late lunch at about 2:30 and it was quite empty so the service and wait for food may not be representative. I would eat here again as the food was very good and reasonably priced, 6 if us eating for under Β£90, in Kings Cross, apart from macdonalds where could you get that sort of price?

Good Italian place. On Christmas eve when most of the restaurants were closed, it was open. There service was good and fast.

If I can give ZERO star, Iβll. The waiter took our order and we sit there for almost an hour. No water no service. Even we asked for tap water, she gave us a bottle without glasses. Finally later comers got their breakfast and found out they didnβt take our order. Did you Altonapoli find very strange that two customers sit there with nothing on their table and let us sit there without questions? Finally we asked the same waiter politely what about our breakfast and they said they missed our order!!! Actually it was 12:30pm and we have two very empty stomachs in that Christmas morning!
